Okay, okay. Kill me now *puts hands in air and ducks*. Here's my excuse. I've been super busy. You wouldn't even understand. So, yeah. Sososososo sorry!

The bell rang, signalling it was time for lunch. I grabbed my books and made my way to my locker.
I quickly put in my combination and threw my books in, grabbing my History and English books.
I slammed my locker and quickly turned on my heel, wanting to get to lunch before the crowd came. Too late.
I walked quickly to the lunch room before colliding into someone. I sighed as my books fell to the floor.
I looked up to see who I ran into to see the one and only...Kade.
I signed, knowing he wasn't going to help me pick up my books. But, to my surprise, he bent over and handed me my books.
I'm pretty sure my jaw hit the floor because my mouth was wide open in surprise. He smirked when he saw me before whispering, "you're welcome. Watch where you're going next time." He smiled, a genuine smile. His eyes went soft for a minute, but he snapped himself out of it. His eyes turned ice cold and he glared at me.
"What are you staring at?" He asked me. He seemed mad so I thought it was best to leave.
"N-nothing. I'm just gonna..." I pointed and turned around, walking to the lunch room.
"Hey Char," I sighed, plopping into the seat next to her.
"What's up, Adelynn?" She asked. Her expression was confused, so I told her the story.
When I finished explaining the entire day, she rolled her eyes. "Well, that's Kade for you."
"Yeah, but. I don't know. I swear for a second he was smiling. He looked happy. I guess I was just seeing things," I sighed.
"Maybe. Or maybe you miss the old Kade so your mind tried to bring him back," she explained.
I nodded and took big bites of my sand which.
"Hey, where's Allen?" Charitty asked.
I shrugged. "Haven't seem him since this morning."
She glanced around, looking for him.
"He was in chemistry with me," she told me.
I shrugged.
Char glanced behind me and scowled. I turned around to see Lia glaring at the back of my head.
I sighed. "Can I help you?"
"No. Just wanted to see what was happening in loner land," she laughed, putting her hand on her hip.
"Oh. Well maybe you should go back to your table. Us loners don't want you here."
She glared at Charitty.
"Excuse you," she replied, coldly.
"You heard her. Now go," I told her, shooing her away.
She threw her blonde hair over her shoulder and sashayed away.
"What did she want?" Char asked me.
