Chapter 6

Kate's POV

I woke up when I felt something heavy is on my chest. I slowly opened my eyes. I'm on a unfamiliar blue room. Last time I remember Sean carrying me to his house maybe this is his room. I managed to get away from his hand and sit up. His room is not the way I expected to be. Since he is a gangster I expecterd his thing is messy, I mean like clothes everywhere but his clothes last night were neatly folded on the couch. This room is a little smaller than my room but his bed is bigger. His closet and chest drawers are closed his blings are in one place I get up and laughed when I am only wearing my knickers and bra. I'm a hundred percent sure that nothing happened last night because if something did I won't be forgetting it. My tongue is dry and since he is still asleep I helped myself on his bathroom. His bathroom is wonderful, for a boy. His perfumes are neatly placed near the sink along with his toiletries, I washed my face because my eye liner was a mess and good thing he has new extra tooth brush that I can use. I jumped when he opened the door wearing only his boxers. He smiled at me. “Good morning.” he said and brush his teeth.

“ I helped myself hope you don't mind.” I pointed at the toothbrush and he winked at me. After he's done we get out of his bathroom and throw me his t-shirt that reached my tigh.

“do you still remember last night?” He asked with a grin.

I bit my lip. “yeah.” he walked closer to me.

“you said you wanted to go here at my house. Still remember that?”

“ yep.” he walked closer to me and kisses me passionately.

“ you fell asleep.” he whispered in my ear then wrapped his arms around my waist and kisses me again I kissed him back. He pulled me closer.I jumped when the door opened. We break the kiss but his hands are still wrapped around me. A beautiful woman in her middle 30's stared at us with wide eyes then she smiled.

“Mom you can knock you know.” Sean said irritated. Mom? That's her mother? Sean inheritted her beautiful red hair.

She giggled. “Oh. I'm sorry honey I thought you were alone. But this is important there was a man in our living room looking for you...at first I thought you were in trouble but he's kind of making you sound so honorable.”

Sean frowned. I looked at him. “That would be Rupert.”

he nodded. “Uhm mom before I forgot.” he said and her mom is still smiling. “ meet Kate. Kate this is my mom Jamie.”

I smiled and reached out my hand. “Nice to meet you Jamie.” I said but she pulled me into a hug. Does she always do this when Sean brings home a girl? Sean rolled his eyes.

“Nice to meet you too Cate.” then he looked at Sean. “ who is that man?”

“That's her personal body guard.”

“Oh. Well you better meet him.”

we walked on the living room and Rupert's eyes widened when he saw what I'm wearing.

“Hi Rupert.”

He inclined his head. “good morning Miss Kate, Mr. Sean.”

“you drop by?” Sean asked.

“ just to make sure that Miss Cate is safe.” Rupert looked at me. “ do you want to go home.”

 I looked at Sean. “ can I stay? For a while.”

“ please stay for lunch.” Jamie said before he could answer.

Sean smiled at me. “ I'll take you home.”

“you go ahead Rupert.”

“Bye miss Cate.”

His Mom cooked us lunch and while taking the desert his mother Began to talk.

“So Cate, your the Heiress of The Russell?” she asked.

“I wouldn't say that, after highschool I plan to move out. You know find some job while taking college.”

Sean looked at me. “ why do you need that for when your father is uber rich?”

“When I grow up and have my own family, I don't want to look back at my achievements thinking that it's because my parents were rich. I wanted my memories to be what I worked hard for”

“You're a good kid Cate. Uhm do your parents approve that you can date anyone else? As far as I know rich parents choose the guy for their child.”

I grimaced. “ My Parents will not do that to me, and I don't care if someday they do that I get to decide to decide on my own.” I looked at Sean who is half smiling. I don't know our relationship yet but we are getting closer and I have a feeling for him.

“ That's good. You know what I prefer that we live like this, a simple life than living with Sean's Grandparents.” Jamie said..

“why?” I asked.

“Did Sean ever Mention that his Father is  rich?” Her mom looked at Sean and I looked at him too.

“Mom we just met three days ago.” he said. I giggled. He's cute when he is annoyed.

Her mother smiled. “Have you heard of Descondes Citricos?”

“I think so yeah.”

“The owner of that Company is Sean's grandparents.”

“Really? What happened ? Why aren't you living with them?”

Jamie sighed. “ they don't want me because I'm just an American real estate agent.” but then she smiled. “ but Sean's father loves us so much that he chose this life.”

“wow that's great.”

“hush hush, mom I'm tired of hearing this story. Kate would you like to go home?”

“sure. But...”|

He raised one eye brow. “but what?”

“I can't go home like this.”

after 10 minutes Sean's mom let me borrow her skirt.

“Thanks for the lunch Jamie you're a great cook.”

she blushed. “you're welcome dear. You can come here anytime you want.”

I showed Sean the direction of my house not my Chateau.

“Nice House.” He said.

“Thanks, and thanks for the ride.”

He smiled. “ You're always welcome cutie.”

He started his Engine. “Oh Sean.” I called. He looked at me. “Thanks for not taking advantage of me.”

He laughed. “Trust me Kate I want to, but you should know how much I like you and hey I can't take advantage with unconscious birthday girl.”

I laughed and pressed my lips onto him. He seemed shock. When I pulled back he looks at me in the eyes and said “I'll see you tonight.” Before I could answer he revved his bike and like a dare devil he sped off the streets. I know he doesn't ask me to be his girlfriend, yet but I already have a feeling that theres something going on between us.
