Warrior King of Land of Shadows

Chapter 6

Group returned to Uruk as fast as they could after Gorgon appeared to stop Tiamat, but they knew that no matter how strong she is, she won't be able to defeat Tiamat. Now we can see them landing on top of ziggurat, with Ishtar still in air away from them firing at Lahmus, where Gilgamesh, Naruto and rest of their servants were looking in front of them.

''King Gilgamesh, Naruto!'' Shouted Gudao running with Gudako,Mash and Ishtar towards them making them turn their heads at him.

''You're back.'' Said Naruto and with that, he and Gilgamesh turned gaze back to what was happening in front of him.

Gilgamesh then started to speak ''Take a look. This is Uruk now in it's entirety.'' and then Gudao, Gudako and Mash looked at scene in front of them. Uruk was in flames, destroyed with humans killed while Lahmus walked around with black mud coming in.

''One more step and it will be wiped off from face of earth. The end of one world'' Continued Gilgamesh strongly, but if one was to listen carefully they would be able to hear sadness in her voice with Gudao, Gudako and Mash just looking at what was happening in front of them with sadness and sorrow.

Then suddenly they heard something falling down and they let out a gasp.

''Here she comes. Our Mother appears.'' Said Gilgamesh with crossed arms.

''This will be Uruk's last stand against Tiamat!'' Shouted Gilgamesh and summoned her golden book in her hand. 

''You sit there and see through this to the very the end!'' Shouted Gilgamesh with runes appearing around her. 

Gudako wanted to say something but was stopped by Naruto who said ''Don't. She is king of this land. Let her show you her full power.''. And in that moment they all heard something from behind them and saw that something was shining. They recognized them as Dingirs.

Roman then said from Gudao's watch ''You don't have anymore lapis lazuli or any soldiers, and yet Dingirs are operating.''. ''How?'' He continued.

''Just who do you think I am? All 360 Dingirs mounted here in Uruk were made by my hand, infused with my Magical Energy and controlled by me!'' Shouted Gilgamesh and with that first wave of giant golden blasts was fired at Tiamat with mostly all them hitting her, but damage wasn't seen.

''If I work this body to death, then I can continue to control them all like this! Let me show you what can I do to stop her!'' Shouted Gilgamesh with smile on her face with sweat which started to appear on her forhead with Tiamat just letting out ''Aaaaaaaa!!!''.

Gudao, his sister and Mash were in awe with Gudao saying ''Amazing.''. Naruto then turned his head to the ground and said telepathically to Ereshkigal who was still in Underworld making preparations for their plan when they send Tiamat in Underworld. Naruto asked her of this if it was possible when she took his soul to which she agreed.

''Ereshkigal. Is it ready?'' Making said woman to lift her head up and shout ''Just a little more! Hold on for just a little more!'' and then Naruto saw that her eyes shined a bit like she was preparing something. And then Tiamat fired two red beams at Gudao and Gudako making Naruto and Gilgamesh move fast and push them to the ground. Gudao and Gudako closed their eyes when that happened and when they opened them again, they felt little blood on their faces which wasn't theirs. They looked around them and saw that their servants were looking at shock at what happened in front of them. Then they shakily looked in front of them and saw Naruto, who was towering over Gudako and Gilgamesh towering over Gudao with holes in their body from which blood was coming out.

''Naruto!'' Shouted Scathach and her other versions worried coming fast to him.

''Teacher!'' This time Cu Chulainn and his other versions shouted who were following behind them.

''You dare to try and snipe them?'' Said Naruto putting his hand over wound and then looked at his hand which blood was covering. Cu Chulainn (Caster) put his hands over their wounds and started to use little healing magic he had knowledge of.

''But I must admit. You have a good aim.'' Continued Naruto and then Gilgamesh said ''Impressive, you damn Tiamat!'' and then they started to move with Gilgamesh returning to her previous position with Mash shouting ''Naruto, King Gilgamesh!''.

''Worry not. Don't think that this is enough to kill us at all. It's only a mortal wound.'' Said Gilgamesh again summoning her book.

''She is right. If you two are still fine, then all is well!'' Said Naruto and then they heard Gilgamesh shouting ''Work for me, Dingirs!''

Mash shaked her head and said ''Please stop! You're clearly in no condition to continue!''.

 And then Gilgamesh said ''Are you saying that it's impossible? That I am at my limit? That Uruk can't continue to fight? That I should give up? Do you also want claim so Masters of Chaldea!'' with shouting at the end.

Gudao and Gudako wanted to support Mash in that but then Naruto didn't allow them by saying ''Listen, this is a battle from which we can't run away now. Our enemy is Tiamat who wants to destroy humanity. If we stop now, then all your work, all what you did before you came here would be meaningless.'' making them think about it and after few seconds they stood up and both said ''No!'' with putting their hands over their hearts.

''Uruk is far from finished!'' Shouted Gudako.

''Well said!'' Said Gilgamesh with runes again surrounding her and then continued ''Then it's time for me to finally get serious! I mean, I was going all out from the start, but I also have king's vanity!'' 


 With Ishtar 

''It's not good! There are too many!'' Said Ishtar stopping in middle of fly and then heard something from behind her. When she turned around she saw tall building falling down. 

''Hold on! That's looking more like an anti-castle weapon!'' Said Ishtar and then continued ''Are they still up for another? Then this means then that I have to unleash the Magical Energy I saved up to slam them down into the Underworld!'' and then golden portals appeared behind her making her turn around to look at them. She then saw many chains coming out of them and let out a little scream and covered her head with her hands. Chains continued forward and captured few Lahmus and killed them.

Ishtar then looked at chains little better and then recognized them ''No way! Those chains...'' and looked at person she recognized very well ''Kingu?''. Said person was flying at Lahmus and was summoning more chains to kill them. Then he stopped and said ''You really are mass-produced trash after all. A pittance.'' and then heard a voices saying ''How. You. Alive. Kingu? making him lift his head up and saw Lahmus coming at him. Kingu summoned more chains to stab them and then he said ''To be having trouble against mass-produced trash shows how useless those obsolete humans truly are. And yet, they had the gall to talk back to me. Both Masters of Chaldea and her.'' looking at ziggurat.

''For all their show of confidence, they couldn't do anything alone. But they survived to the end.'' Said Kingu with little chuckle and then continued ''I can do anything alone,huh? I guess I already was imperfect at that point.'' and then heard one Lahmu saying ''Why. You. Ally? With. The. Humans?

''I haven't sided with humans. I'm a new type of human entirely. I'm Kingu, the one and only member of the new humanity!'' and put his head down thinking back to moment when Gudao, Gudako and Mash went on task to try and save Siduri who went with Lahmus when they attacked Uruk. Later they were talking and then he was betrayed. Lahmu stabbed him from back making deep wound appear making him run into forest to try to escape with Lahmus following him. Lahmus managed to catch up to him, but then one Lahmu killed others and told him to live and in that moment that Lahmu dissapeared. He then started to remember another voice. 

Flashback

''No matter who your mother is or how you were born, simply do the things you really want to do. Just like I and you once did,'' Said Gilgamesh to him when they were alone talking. She healed that wound and left him alone to think about it.

End of Flashback


''Forget about about Mother or my origins... Do something I truly want to do, huh?'' Thought Kingu

''I didn't have such a thing. Nothing at all. I didn't have anything Gil!'' Said Kingu to himself and then continued ''But when I think about it, there was one thing. I wanted to see you! I wanted to talk to you! All those memories left in this heart and my impressions of them, I wanted to share them with you... as your friend.'' and let tears come out from his eyes.

''But that can't happen. That wish wasn't mine for it belonged to machine called Enkidu!'' Said Kingu.

''But my wish, Kingu's wish, is the same as it's always been.'' Said Kingu and then continued ''I was born into this world in order to preserve it.''

''Farewell Mother. You chose the wrong child.'' and started to fly closer to Tiamat and thought came to his mind ''This body remembers what it's supposed to do.'' and then stopped and started to say aloud for everyone around him to hear ''Kingu, son of Tiamat, will show you power of the Chain of Heavens!''
