Today is my 15th birthday and I was so excited. It wasn't until I got out of bed. It felt like glass had been smashed on my left arm. I yelped out in pain. My brother Matt was the first to come to my aid. "What's wrong is it cramps"he asked. " no I think it's my soul mate after all I'm 15 now it. feels like glass in my left arm."
After the pain subsides I get off the floor To go to breakfast. My mom made birthday pancakes. They were basically pancakes with sprinkles in them.
After breakfast I decided to walk to school. Matt wasn't feeling well so he stayed home to rest. On my way to school I saw lance. He looked sad and scared so I ran up to him. " hey lover boy"I say trying to cheer him up. The moment he saw me he smiled at me. I could tell it was fake but I didn't want to invade his space. " hey pidgin" he said trying to make Himself feel better then he was feeling. I knew if something was bothering him he'd tell us when he was ready and I didn't want to push it. " where's matt?" Lance asked after a minute of silence. " he said he wasn't feeling well so he's staying home to rest"I respond
" oh happy birthday you can now feel your soul mates pain" lance explains. I laugh. " thanks actually this morning I got a pain in my arm due to my soul mate. Now I have some markes of where it happened. " I say and pull-up my sleeve to show the scars. " wow first day and your already getting battle scars". " yea I guess so." I say.
