The next morning
After having breakfast, Neil was ready to leave Zoya in orphanage. She bid a byee to everyone. Avni wants to accompany her but hesitating to ask Neil about this.
Neil sat on the bike along with Zoya.
"Angel... You too come na... Please.." she asked her while Avni looked at Neil.
"Aap aaoge na.." she again asked
He nodded his head while Avni happily sat on the bike. They reached there within sometime.
"We.. Welcome.... To... My.... Ho... Home.." Zoya said to Avni cutely which made Avni chuckle.
"Hayee meri pyaari..." Avni said and kissed on her cheeks while Neil parked his bike and joined them.
She ran to diksha happily.
"Zoya.. Bachha dyaan se.." Neil said seeing her running.
Diksha picked her in her arms and kissed her cheeks.
"I missed you.." she said while zoya kissed her back.
"I... I... Am.... Here..." she said
Diksha looked at Neil and then Avni and smiled at her
"She is Avni.... My wife.." he introduced her.
"Hi... I am diksha..."
"Bohat achha hua aapse milke..." she said while zoya got down and hold Neil's hand and drag him from there to play with him.
"Hahaa.. Bohat attach hogay Neil se.." she said looking at them
"Aur Neil bhi..." she said and both of them went for a walk while diksha met her with other kids too.
They then went to garden and saw them playing with kids.
"Bohat tang nahi kiya na Zoya ne.." she asked while she looked at her and nodded negatively
"Areey Nahi nahi... She is so cute...." she said looking at her lovingly
"aapko Shaadi hue kitne saal hogay?"
"2 saal.." she said
"Achaa..." diksha said and then they engrossed in some other conversation
Neil and Avni then returned home. She was so happy all the day. Neil was too happy. She understood the changes behind Neil's behaviour. She wants to tell him something but she don't know how to tell him.
At night.
Avneil were sleeping peacefully. While Neil phone got rang. It was continously ranging which disturbed Avni's sleep. She got up and went near the table and saw his phone and the caller ID was Diksha.
She then went near Neil and her hand went to and fro to wake him up but she stood hesitatingly. She tried waking him up but he was in deep slumber. She again waited for the call but she didn't called back.
Avni then picked her phone and called Diksha and what she told her made her shock. She ended the call and went near Neil.
"Neil..." she shaked him
"Neil..." she again called him while his sleep got disturbed. He opened his slowly and panicked seeing her tensed face.
"Kya hua.." he asked
"Zoya...."she uttered and that word made him more tensed.
" Zoya ko kya hua... "
" Zoya is in hospital... " she said and that's it for Neil. His face turned pale.
" kyu Avni..what happen to her...."he asked in fearful tone.
" She suddenly got epilepsy and she was under treatment... " she said panicked
While he got up to go to hospital.
" Neil I will go with you... " she said following him behind.
" Nahi you stay here... "he said opening the door.
" Please Neil... Take me with you... Please.. " she asked while he then agreed
They both started from there.
They then reached the hospital and asked the receptionist and heading towards the ICU.
" Yeh sab kese hua ... " Neil asked seeing diksha
"Pata nahi.. She was so badly crying yesterday night and then suddenly this happened..." she said worried
Then the doctor came from the ward.
"yeh first time ya phir pehle bhi aaya hai?" the doctor asked looking at them.
"It's first time doctor.." diksha replied.
"Okay.... Don't worry she is fine.." he said while Avneil sighed.
"What happen to her.. I mean... This..." Neil asked being restless.
"It can be anything.....Par ab tak... Vo bhilkul normal hai.... If it repeats in the future will see to it...." the doctor said and left while they went to see her.
A tear slipped from Neil's eyes seeing her. His shivered hand reached her forehead slightly caressing her hairs. He then bend to kiss her forehead.
Soon she shifted to room and she was still in unconsciousness.
After an hour or more
She got consciousness and the nurse went to inform them and asked one to go and see her first.
Neil went in.
"Bachaa.." he faked a smile and went near her and caressed her hair
"Mu... Mujhe... Kya.... Hua... Ne... Neilu..." she asked while his eyes turned moist.
"Kuch nahi bachaa... You are fine.." he said while she got up
"Bachaa... No... You should lye down..." he said making her lye on the bed
"But.... I.... I.... Wa... Wanna... Hug... You...." she said innocently while Neil picked her carefully and hugged her
"Zoya... Tell me one thing.... You are my strong bachaa na.... Then why you were crying yesterday... Bolo..." he broke the hug and asked her
"My.. Mu... Mujhe... mumma... Ki.... Yaad.... Aar... Aarahi... Thi..." she said in a cry tone while the tear slipped from Neil's eyes and he hugged her again, stroking her back.
