The next few days was uneventful the usual going to school chatting with Cameron and the gossip starting up saying me and Cam are wait for it…. ‘Dating’. Yea being close must mean we are dating. Just because me and Cam spend a lot of our time together doesn’t mean we are dating.
“Hey Cards” he yelled at me from the other side of the hallway.
I turned my head bumping into someone and went flying down luckily the person was grabbing my waist and landed on top of me which made me uncomfortable. All of my books went flying everywhere. I mentally grown to myself for being so clumsy. I look up and made eye contact with the browniest eyes I have ever seen, they look like chocolate bars. I could just eat them up. Whoh. Carter that is a bit creepy.
“Oh my!” I say trying to get up and pick up my book. “I’m so sorry I see didn’t you there.” I look up and see him having his hand held out for me so he can help me up. I gladly take his hand. I bend down and pick up my books and papers I dropped. He bends down too and helps me pick up my books and paper,
“Oh its ok” This Chocolate eyed guy tell me.
“Are you sure?” I ask.
“Yea” He tell me. “Hey I didn’t catch your name”
“Oh yea” I say. “The names Carter”
“Cool. I like your name”Chocolate eyed tells me.
“Hey I didn’t catch your name” I say
“Skye” He tells me
Next you are going to tell me have a little sister named Sunny and twin named Raine. I think mentally.
“I actually have a younger sister named Sunny and a fraternal Twin named Rain” Skye says.
Did I say that out loud?
“Yes you did” He says laughing.
“You really do have a sister named Sunny a fraternal twin named Raine?” I ask
“Yea” He says.
“Really it was meant to be a Joke that stayed in my mind.” I tell him.
He looks at me with a goofy expression on his face. I look at him and I mean really look at him. He has Chocolate brown eyes, has a tall broad like body, Dirty brown hair and he is wearing a gray t-shirt that lets you see his abs almost showing off his 6 pack. I look back up at his face and stare into his eyes.
“Hey Carter do you want to. I dont know. maybe. You dont have to if you dont want to, hang out sometime today?” He asks me. I look at his nervous expression. Why would he be nervous talking to me? I wonder. A smile breaks out on my face.
“I would love too.” I tell him. “Maybe we can go to the Golden Cafe coffee shop after I put my stuff in my locker.” I tell him.
“Sure” Skye says.
I hurry to my Locker and see Cam just standing there with a smile. With his god like glory.
“Hey Cards” He greets me.
