"Good news girls, you're going on tour again!" Our manager, David says way too excited.

"Haha! Funny, now what's the actual news Davy?" I laugh, he has to be joking, right?

"I'm not joking, Sweetheart to the Third Power will be going on tour."

"But, David, didn't we just go on tour a few months ago?" My bandmate, Allison, asks.

"Yes, but this time you'll be accompanied by Purple Ivory, they're a newer girl group." David replies.

"But they aren't under our management."

"Lucky them..." I say under my breath hoping only my bandmates heard. We have terrible management, think M*dest! But worse... I hear Allison snicker and I can tell Reece was trying not to laugh.

"What was that Charlotte?" David says in a stern voice.

"I didn't say anything."

"Anyway, it doesn't matter. We got the ok for you to tour with them, so you're touring with them."

"Why though?" I mean if they aren't apart of our management, there has to be a reason...

"Because they're getting more popular," There it is, they want money from concerts and a dying girl band touring with the hot new girl band would definitely peak peoples interests. "and their fans are similar to yours."

"You could of just say we weren't making you enough money, David." Reece says, Ally and I agreeing with her.

"That's not... girls... come on."

"It's ok, we know you're only in it for the money. It's not new information."

"No, I care about you!"

"Yeah, and I'm a lizard." I reply.

"Charlotte-"

"I'm sorry, I thought we were spouting off lies."

"I care and you know that, all three of you know that." We all roll our eyes and don't answer him back. He knows he doesn't care, he's just trying to make us feel better.

"Purple Ivory... they sound so... so basic... like indie music white girls who play ukulele listen to and think they're "not like other girls." We're a pop group." I'm starting to get upset, I don't want to to tour with some random group of girls I don't know, especially if they were going to sing in cursive.

"They're a pop punk band. Think of it like 5 Seconds of Summer with One Direction, you're One Direction and they're 5 Seconds of Summer."

"They had the same management..."

"Don't get snappy with me!"

"If anything, we're Little Mix." Ally corrects. David just stares at her annoyed and ignores her.

"Do they play instruments too?" I ask, already knowing the answer.

"Yes they do."

"Oh, so they're going to think they're better then us because they can play the guitar... I can play the guitar too I just don't!"

"Charlie, I think you need to calm down, it's not that big of a deal. It's only for a year."

"Fine."

"We will have a meeting with them and their management later this week to discuss how everything with work."

"Yes, King David."

"I'm serious, Charlie."

"God, I hate it here! Yes, I understand."

"Thank you. You may now leave my office."

"You may now leave my office." Allison mocks after we are out of his sight. "We literally just got off of tour and now we have to tour again? With strangers?"

"No, you heard David, we have a meeting with them; therefore, they will no longer be strangers." Reece says sarcastically.

"What if we don't get along with this band? A whole year. A whole freaking year and there's a chance we might hate each other!" As much as I hate David, and I hate to say this, he's right, I do need to calm down. It's probably nothing to worry about.

"I hope they don't hate us..." Reece's voice was soft and weak. She has anxiety, all three of us do, but she has it the worst. Being apart of this management doesn't make it any better. But we were just kids when we signed that contract, we didn't know any better... we didn't know they would completely ruin our lives. There is so much our fans don't know about us because our management keeps it hidden.

Reece had a daughter at 16 that no one knows about, she gave birth right before the band was official. Ally isn't sleeping with every guy ever like the managment wants everyone to believe, in fact she grew up very religious and is waiting till marriage. And me? Well, I'm bi, I've had two girls since the band had been signed with this management but they all had to be kept secret, one was even covered up. Yeah, I've have a boyfriend or two, but they were open. I was allowed to kiss them on the red carpet or after we won awards. They force me in the closet.

I got home and I decide to look up Purple Ivory.

Melissa Bernard- Lead singer/Guitarist.

I found her Twitter and go through some on her tweets. She seems pretty cool and like someone I would be friends with.

Nini Miller- Guitarist

I do the same, she has positive vibes. She seems like she's a walking ray of sunshine. I kinda want to just give her a hug...

Paris White - Bassist

She's somewhere in between. She's really friendly but wouldn't hesitate to get into a fight with you.

Tessa Wood - Drummer

She's not active much on Twitter, so I go to her Instagram. She has dyed blue hair, a really pretty smile and it looks like a really awesome personality. Great fashion sense too, might I add. I keep scrolling and I see a picture of her and the band at pride holding up a pride flag. I wish I could do that... but no... David and his goons won't let me even go to pride because I might get recognized or paped.

I read the caption. 'Thankfully for such a supportive band ❤' What does that mean?

I make myself dinner and watch some Netflix. We just went on tour... we're tired... these girls better be worth it.
