_ Ability to make strings and use them effectively like drawing in enemies to attack and also to swing around in between buildings for rescuing citizens but also to catch up to villains
_ She also has the Ability to control the unconcious. If she had knocked an enemy out cold, she can either a) wrap the enemies and gain information by extracting their memories with her strings or b) like her name suggest use them like puppets.
_ If it doesn't work, she'll simply leave them and tie them up alone

Backstory| Hina like any ordinary family had siblings and a family. Unfortunately though she lost her mother and older brother....or so she thought she lost her brother. Her father was a pro hero named Teleko (pro hero name) who has the ability to control and extract information which she inherited with her mother's ability of course. It wasn't long after while he was on a mission she discovered her quirk. She was in kindergarten when her school was attacked by villains. In a desperate attempt to save herself since she was drawn to a corner, Hina cowered in fear and that was when a panther came in front of her and defended her. Her eyes widened when the panther attacked and defended her but only to be pushed aside, shrinking back into its original form as a cat. With that, Hina saved her new found friend by smashing the villain against the wall with her strings as she saved the cat which she named Pika. With that, she was saved by pro hero's and her father came to her rescue. As she grew older, Pika stuck by her side and was trained by her father to be a pro hero.
