Quirks:
Teleportation- user can teleport himself or other object/person she touch, or teleport the object/person she touch but w/out her.
She can only teleport something by touching (for now)
Brawback(s)
Dizziness or ended up collapsing
Time manipulation- user can freeze or fasten time if she wanted to.
In time of freezing time. All object or person are all freezed except for her. If she touches someone while the time is still freezed they will also be unfreeze.
She can go back to time or go to future. But she shouldn't be recognized by anyone or elese she'll be stuck there forever.
Drawback(s)
Hallucination or ended up remembering horrible things happen to her it's like replaying inside her mind over and over again
