Spies: Destination Hawaii

Chapter 5

The casino was a full place, William walked through with O'hern by his side. He was worried about Fox, she hasn't reported in for some time. O'hern turns to William.

"Where do you think Daget is?" he asks.

"My guess is he's the guy with the eye path next to the fem rental in the red dress at the gambling table" William said, stating the obvious of the two adults at the table.

"What's your plan?" O'hern asks.

"Simple, we go to talk to them, see what we're up against" He shrugs.

"Are you nuts? Daget is a murderer, what if he kills you ?" O'hern says in a whisper so no one else could hear.

One thing to note about William is that he is very calm and relaxed when placed in dangerous situations. He could be very chill when someone is shooting a gun at him and wouldn't even be fazed by it.

"Relax, I got my laser watch on me, besides he won't do it in a public place" William said.

"Fine, I will do your plan" O'hern sighs.

"Follow my lead," William says as he walks towards the gambling table.

He then deals himself in with a 50 dollar bill while O'hern deals in with 90 dollars, not so subtle. Daget takes notice of William who wins the first bet and is impressed.

"You have good sleight of hand, Mr..." Daget says, trying to get his name.

"Darellan, William Darellan" he replies, introducing himself.

"Nice to meet you Mr. Darellan my name is Daget" he said shaking William's hand before turning to the woman next to him with who has black hair and dark blue eyes, and wore a sparkling red dress. "This is my associate Plasma," Daget says, introducing her as she shakes William's hand.

"Nice to meet you Plasma," he says.

"Likewise" Plasma smirks.

"Now William what brings you to my boss's casino?" Daget asks.

"I'm here to meet an old friend," William replies.

"Well I hope you find what you're looking for" Plasma says.

"Me too."

Daget knew William had placed a tracker on him

He and O'hern left the table to leave Plasma and Daget to talk.

"That's the second spy we're looking for," the man says, taking a sip of his drink.

"Are you sure that's him?" Plasma asks.

"Spies like him think they're clever, you wanna know why ? They put trackers on you when they think it would go unnoticed, Now my guess is he's trying to find the boss" Daget says, holding up the tracker.

"Should we warn Dr. Volt ?" Plasma asks.

"Yes but I think we should capture William for the boss, I'm sure Dr. Volt would be pleased to see him again" Daget smirks.

"What do you know that I don't ?" Plasma asks.

"All in good time Plasma but for now we have a spy to capture" Daget smirks.

William was beyond worried at this point, Fox hadn't been calling in to report for awhile. This only could mean one thing, Fox has been captured. William had to save her, he couldn't leave her behind. He was heading to the back of the casino, O'hern catching up to him.

"We have to go, they know we're spies" he said with worry.

"I have to save Fox, if we don't O'hern.... they kill her a-and I couldn't live with myself if that ever happened, she wouldn't leave me behind and I would never leave her" William says back.

"They'll kill us if we don't leave now, Fox got herself into this so she can get herself out" O'hern sneers, leaving William in shock.

"That's the difference between us O'hern, You would run away at someone else's expense while I live by a code, never leave an agent behind" William said nobly.

"William, I'm begging you to leave with me, it's not worth your life" the man begs.

"Fox is my life and if they kill her.... I don't have the other half of my heart" William said before narrowing his eyes in determination. "You coward, I'm gonna save Fox and I'll do it by myself" William says as he walks away leaving a stunned O'hern behind.

He made his way to a backroom warehouse, saw Fox tied to a pole and gagged, she looked pissed as guards were ten feet away from her. He makes his way towards her, she looks up to see him.

"William?" Fox whispers through her gag.

"I wouldn't leave you behind Fox" he whispers back.

William takes out his laser watch and aims it at the chains, but before he could shoot, Someone lurking behind him in the shadows comes forward, wielding a stun gun. Fox tries to warn him but it's too late, the figure shoots electricity at him, causing William to cry out in pain, falling to the ground in agony. Fox cries out for him as he tries to get back up.

Out of the shadows, William's attacker is revealed to be none other than O'hern. The downed spy weakly looks up in shock. Next to O'hern are Daget and Plasma, smirking evilly at the two captured agents.

"William, William you should have listened to me" the traitor smirks.

"Good work O'hern" Daget says.

"You're a double agent ?!" William exclaims..

"That's right, I tried to save your life William but now will be taking you both to Dr. Volt" O'hern smirks before kicking the man in the face, knocking him out.

"William!" Fox screams, struggling against her chains.

Suddenly the doors swing open to reveal the big baddie himself, Dr. Volt. His appearance is simple, black spiked up hair, silver eyes, a scarred face, sporting a lab coat, and his right arm is robotic. He looked at his two henchmen before turning to the downed William.

"As promised we captured the two spies" Plasma smirks.

Dr. Volt doesn't say anything as he approaches William and kneels down to get a closer look.

"Baby?" she asks, confused.

"I thought you would be pleased boss?" Daget said.

Dr. Volt raises up his hand to silence him, causing Daget to bite his lip nervously. He turns his attention back to William as he carefully lifts up his head to get a better look.

"William ?" Dr. Volt says before smiling. "My dear nephew, I've been searching for you for so long and now you've finally returned!"

"Nephew ?" Plasma asks, confused.

"I've told you about my nephew William" Dr.volt says, still not taking his off said spy.

"I know but you said William was eight, this guy looks like he's twenty four" she points out.

"Well I haven't seen him in eleven years" he admits.

"That explains it, so what should we do with them ?" Plasma asks.

"We take them back to the hideout and continue on with the Countdown!" Dr. Volt proclaims

over dramatically.
