Back to Emma's pov:

I took a shower and slide in my maid uniform and then headed to the same room I was in yesterday as the butler"miss anderson" told us as soon as we woke up. She was taller than me and has wrinkles on her face. She has a furious face with a big black eyes and a lack of lashes , with her reddish brown hair that was tied into a bun and a different maid outfit she wore.she seems like the ones who hit people. I don't know let's just not judge a book by it's cover.

All the other girls were hear at the same order of lines like the day before. Flashbacks hit my mind about yesterday's event and my mate who ignored me! Like for god's sake why!? When I see him , I must to talk to him no matter what.

Miss anderson was walking by each girl asking her what she is good at and give her a specific job position . I was happy so I can work what I love to do . COOKING.

It was now my turn.
"What are you good at ?" She asked me with a cold tone and emotionless face.
"Iam good at cooking. I actually worked at a bakery and I us-" I replied with enthusiasm but I was cutten off with her harsh voice.

"Ayy, shut up ! I don't want to hear your damn story "She said I flinched at her tone . My wolf was furious she doesn't like people treat her like this.

I stayed silent for a couple of moments waiting for her to break the silence.
"You will have a special job. You are going to make food for his majesty"The alpha king" and woke him up and serve him as well as we say his maid"she said smirking

I was surprised. I will be near to my mate but humph he was ignoring me but maybe it's a chance to get to know him? And know what is the reason behind his behavior. My wolf is jumping in my head at the idea of her mate beside her . But why she is smirking!

"Do you have any problem?" Miss anderson said with her eyebrow raised up.
"N-no not at all" I quickly said snapping up from my link with Lu.
"Good then go start now and wake up his majesty . Floor 3 Its the only room "

I nodded and I went up the stairs until I reached the last floor which was the third. I started breathing heavily but my wolf lu kept encouraging me to go .
I knocked at the door once no sound, twice still no sound . So I decided to open the door . I started walking towards his bed his shirtless back was facing me he really has a muscular back I wonder about his abs as well . I put those thoughts aside.
"Your majesty"I said with a low soft tone . He groaned . I wanted to go and jump in his bones . His intoxicating smell is making me mad!
"Your majesty it's 6:30 A.m in the morning " I said again with the same soft tone.
I saw him moving so I thought finally he is going to wakeup but to end up he was just flipping him self and now his breath taking face with facing me. He has a black jet silk hair that I wanted to brush his knots with my hand. He has a long lashes .his soft kissable lips . He was a master piece.

No day dreaming miss . I should wake him up by now or I will be punished like the girl I Saw miss anderson hitting her downstairs with a whip . I felt my tears flow as I remembered the scene.I wish she is okay by now.

"Your majesty you must wake up" I said slightly touching his shoulder.
Suddenly a hand held my wrist and dragged my down to the bed I gasped and looked up too see him on top of me . I was looking at him studying his features once more he has eight packs that I wanted to draw on it with my finger and his eyes were ocean blue eyes just as me but his was mixed with a  dark green shade . He was staring at me as well of course he realized Iam his mate he ignored yesterday.I rolled my eyes in my head.

Alexander's pov

I have finished my paper work finally . I will only have 2 hours to sleep . I have gone to bed it felt like 5 minutes asleep .A voice was calling me but I can't her it clear .my wolf Blake was jumping in my head happily I don't what's wrong with him. The voice kept calling me and then I groaned flipping at the other side and then a hand touched my shoulder,fastly I opened my eyes and gripped this hand and put the body underneath me . I was looking at the one who touched me then I saw her 'Mate.Mate.Mate' my wolf kept jumping and saying these words . I was staring at her she was an art . Blue ocean eyes that you can sink in them ,light freckles across her cheeks and nose , her deep red  lips that I wanted to taste . Her brown hair that ends with curls she was just perfect but I can't be the reason that may harm her. I suddenly stood up with a cold face.
"No one is allowed to touch me"I said with my alpha tone . I saw her flinch I can feel my face soften but no I can't then I returned back to my  cold face and a furious one too.

"I-Iam s-sorry y-your m-m-majesty"she bowed shivering . I really wanted to hug her right now.

"By your scent, I assume you're from the new rouges"I asked with my eyebrows raised.
"Y-yes I am" she replied calmly but I can hear her fast heart beats.
"I think no one has told you the rules?"I asked
"No your majesty no one has told me the rules." She replied confused looking at me.
"Let's go to miss anderson so she can tell you"I replied calmly.
I saw her face change colors.she looked horrified.
"N-no p-please y-your m-majesty she is going to h-hit m-me" her tears started to flow on her cheeks.
"What? Who told you that?" I said furiously. Is this anderson thing hitting the maids? And why my mate is so afraid of her on her first day!
"I saw her hitting a girl with a whip on her back until her clothes was filled with blood and then she told the guards to take her to her room and lock her up without going to the doctor to check her"she said bowing her head down shivering in fear
"HOW DARE SHE!!"I shouted with my alpha tone I saw her flinch "we don't hit our people especially who work with us unless they betrayed their pack" I told her with my voice less harsh.
She nodded and looked up in my eyes to see If iam saying the truth or not and then she bowed her head again.
" Come with me show me the girl's room who was hitten"I said with a cold tone
"But after I take my shower, stay her" I commanded.
