Chapter 4

So the battle commenced, both Angels swinging their blades towards one another. Their razor sharp edges clashed sending sparks flying throughout the room. Michael was much bigger than Gabe was and he began to use his size advantage against Gabe. Michael's blade began to push Gabe's blade towards him but Gabe was a fighting genius and had already thought of a counterattack from his position. Gabe took his blade out of the clash and side stepped to dodge Michael's swinging blade. As soon as Gabe dodged he landed three well placed punches to Michael's nose and a swift kick to Michael's midsection. Michael had almost never been hit and he'd never been hit by a child. Michael's electric blue eyes blazed with the fury of a thousand blue suns. Then Michael spread his wings and set his sword ablaze with red flames. Michael's wings were almost completely white except for the tips of the feathers which were blood red. As a response Gabe spread his wings and set his sword ablaze with the familiar rosé and gold flames. Now since Gabe was Lucifer's son, his wings were jet black except for the feather tips which were rosé pink." Are you prepared to face the wrath of God's blade?" Michael asked fiercely." I've held it back this long, why not a little longer." Gabe said with sarcasm lacing his words. Michael growled and shot towards Gabe with his fist cocked back. He was about 6 inches from Gabe's face and swung his fist into Gabe's jaw. Gabe took the blow full force which was so hard that it caused him to spin around, but he used that to his advantage. By combining the full force of his punch and the spin, he was able to land a direct hit to the side of Michael's head. The force of the hit was so hard that it drove Michael into the floor instantly knocking him out." Well that was interesting, looks like Gabe is the winner." God said. Just when they were gonna celebrate, a pillar of black and red flames burst through the floor and set all of Heaven's alarms off. Michael quickly recovered, then he and his brothers quickly set themselves into a defensive position. Then Gabe hid Alex behind his wings. Everyone, but Alex, knew who came with red and black flames. As if on cue, Lucifer stepped out of the pillar of flames and shot a death glare at his son before looking up to talk to his father." Hello father, you're looking privileged and fucking stupid as usual." Lucifer spat, his words laced with venom." There's no need for name calling Lucifer." God said." Why are you here you pretentious fuck?" Gabe asked in malice." I'm here to take you home and you're going to fix the mess you made!" Lucifer shouted." Fuck no! I'm not going back with you!" Gabe fired back."Yes you ar-, you know what, dad what do you think?" Lucifer asked." Well, I think you should be fair and leave him alone." God said." WHAT? WHAT DO YOU MEAN ' BE FAIR' ?!?" Lucifer asked in complete rage." I mean be fair, when I asked you to come back home; what did you say?" God asked Lucifer." Pffffft, I said 'Fuck No' !" Lucifer said while laughing." Exactly, and Gabe said the same thing. Ha, I guess the saying is true, ' Like father like son'." God said. Gabe looked up at his grandfather and then pointed at Lucifer." Well, for the most part." God said as he smiled and threw a playful wink in Gabe's direction. Lucifer was absolutely livid, so much so that he was literally sweating flames." You know what, fine I guess I'll just leave you alone for the rest of time like my old man has. I mean, that's just. FUCK!!!" Lucifer screamed. Then that infamous pillar of black and red flames engulfed Lucifer and after a few seconds he and the flames, had vanished. " Well, looks like Alex and I should be headed out." Gabe said with a solemn smile." Yeah, I guess it's that time." God said with a sigh." You'll come visit me won't you?" God asked." Of course I will gramps!" Gabe said. Then God snapped his fingers and sent Gabe and Alex back home.
