Chap 15: I'll be seeing you real soon, princess

In the last chapter~
-Imani tells the others about Amelia
-Imani gets Justin to sit with Ariza😏
-Nick makes Imani promise him that she will allow him to check her abrasions whenever they meet
-Imani finds out that Ryder has some very great friends

Imani's POV

"Fine, " I breathed. His sad demeanor changed into a happy one instantly.

"Great, thank you!" he exclaimed, I chuckled at him. He's like a little puppy.

"Now can I finally sit down?" I asked him. He laughed and nodded his head. We walked together all the way up to his seat and then I went to mine. I sat next to the stairs and this cute little kid who was with his family.

He looked so excited when the movie started that he did a little squeal.

Aww, I chuckled.

He saw me laughing and blushed. "I-I'm sorry, " he apologized.

"No no, don't be sorry, " I cooed.

"I'm just really excited about the movie!" he smiled rocking his legs back and forth.

"Me too!" I whispered at him smiling back.

"Really?!" he asked, I guess he was too loud since his dad turned towards us.

"Dylan be quiet, we have to be considerate, " he instructed. The kid nodded and bowed his head.

"And apologize to this nice lady, " his mother order. "Sorry about that by the way, " she whispered towards me.

"No no, it's alright ma'am, " I explained. "He was only excited nothing else, " I smiled.

"Thank you, Ms?" his father asked.

"Imani, sir, " I grinned at him.

"Thank you, Ms. Imani, " he smiled back. The mother nodded in agreement.

"Dylan, say thank you and introduce yourself, " his mother smiled.

"Hi! I'm Dylan, " he cheesed, showing all his teeth. "Thank you Ms. Imani, " he bowed his head.

"No problem, little one, " I smiled back, ruffling his hair. He laughed and his parents smiled and laid back in their seats.

Throughout the movie, Dylan and I would laugh at funny parts and share the popcorn and candy I had. At first his parents told him to not be greedy but I said it was ok.

We had a good time laughing and talking to each other. On some dull parts, Dylan would talk about himself and his family while I just listened.

He was such a nice kid! He was sweet and polite the whole time, his parents taught him well. Even the parents were nice!

In the middle of the movie, I felt the need to use the restroom.

Great, I rolled my eyes.

We were just getting to the good part! I turned over to Dylan and said, "I need to use the restroom," He laughed at me. "When I come back I expect to hear all that I missed, ok?" I asked him. He giggled again and nodded. "Great!" I whispered poking his nose.

I silently got up from my seat and crept down the stairs. As I went down I saw the security from the food court talking to the concession staff.

I looked over to the line at the women's restroom and it went out the door.

Damn it, I cursed.
