My heart was pounding so hard,
I thought it was going to fall right out of my butt! As we pulled up to Oakbrook Elementary to start the new year, I saw some of my old friends from last year. "Wow they haven't changed a bit" just kidding!! Or am I ?! But the point is I missed a lot of them. Wait! Let's cover a few things before I go on. I'm Dallas, and I'm 11. My friends Margret/aka Maggie , Debbie, Izabella/ aka izzy or Bella, Aubree/ aka Bree, Julianna, and Mandy/ aka Mandy mrr are also 11. we are going to get through this school year together. No matter what. Always there for each other like real friends. Also I know your probably like, what the hey! Didn't she just say she is in 6th grade and then say she is at Oakbrook Elementary ? Well yea i did. My elementary school has 6th grade in it. Sadly. We have this really mean principle to and she looks old like dirt! No offense btw. Anyway let's get back to the story. As I saw my friends turn the corner to greet me, I started to get extra excited! Seeing my Friend for the first time in months, it was just so much happiness floating around in my body! We all ran into each others arms and screamed "OH MY GOSH I MISSED YOU SO MUCH!" We were so excited!!
