ANOTHER START

Namjoo hand was sweating and she keeps on wiping her hand on her black skirt. Jun Hyuk was taken away from her as the law said that Jun Hyuk was not supposed to be in the courtroom.

When the judge walks in, everyone stands up. Once they settle down, the talk started.

The lawyer keeps on fighting with each other about who should win the custody. Then Tae Hyun's lawyer asks permission to the judge for me to stand in the witness stand. Namjoo looks at Kyungsoo and Kyungsoo smile mouthing everything will be okay.

Namjoo nods her head and walks to the witness stand.

"Ms Kim, may I know how old is Jun Hyuk?" Taehyun's lawyer asks.

"He is 3 years old."

"Ms Kim, may I know the reasons why didn't you told my client about his son."

"I don't see it why I must tell Taehyun about MY son when he himself said that he didn't care and want the son. He and his mother told me to abort it."

He turns to look at Taehyun and smile before turning back at Namjoo.

"I know you will say that. Even my client did say that you're going to say that. Ms Kim Namjoo. Do you by any chance have a prove that Mr Nam Taehyun and his mother said that they want you to abort the child and they don't care about it at all."

Namjoo nods her head.

"Then can you give me the name."

Namjoo just keeps quiet because the only person she can think is the priest but she can't because he is fighting his life with cancer right now.

"It's the priest on the wedding day."

"May I know where is he now? Will you be able to call him?"

Namjoo shocks her head and looks at Kyungsoo. Her tears were on the bay.

"Well lucky for you I do have one of the witnesses on the wedding day."

Namjoo sigh in relive but her hope vanished instantly when the lawyer said "Judge I want to call upon Mr Lee. He will prove that Ms Kim was lying."

Mr Lee walks up on the witness the lawyer asks about being the witness that Namjoo lie and Mr Lee statement was "No your honour, Taehyun and Mrs Nam didn't say anything about it."

Smiling at Mr Lee, Taehyun's lawyer thank him and walk away.

Kyungsoo sigh and Kevin let go of the pen feeling angry. He himself knows that Mr Lee was lying.

When Mr Lee walks in front of Kyungsoo, Kyungsoo looks at him in the eyes angrily and shock side to side his head.

Mr Lee look scared and just then he realizes that Kyungsoo was there. He doesn't know why was he doing there but with the angry look in his eyes, Mr Lee sure know that he will be lost Kyungsoo as his client. And Kyungsoo is one of his main and biggest clients.

"Ms Kim, now tell me who is Mr Do Kyungsoo to you?"

Namjoo looks at Kyungsoo and saw Kyungsoo was smiling. Namjoo smile and said "He is my boyfriend"

"A boyfriend. Wow, for a girl like you to have a very rich boyfriend and that to Mr Nam's cousin."

"I object your honour. He is provoking my client." Kevin said.

"Sustain"

"I'm sorry. Well, tell me how long have you been with Mr Do?"

"I object your honour. That is her personal life. We are fighting for child custody, not a murder case."

"Sustain. Stay with the topic Mr Xane,"

"I'm sorry your honour."

"Then there will be nothing at all to discuss." Taehyun's lawyer said and sit down with a satisfied face.

"I have nothing to say, your honour."

A few minutes later, he said, "The case will be postponed to next Monday."

With that, he hit the gavel and walk away.

When the judge walks out, Namjo covers her face with her hands and cry. She knows with the lie Mr Lee and the other said, she had lost the case.

"Love." Kyungsoo holds her shoulder. Namjoo looks at him with the teary face, Kyungsoo couldn't take it and hug her.

Namjoo cry and let everything out.

Kevin saw the face of Namjoo and feel the pain too. He knows that he must win the case. The problem now is, he was wondering why would all the witnesses lie about what Taehyun said to Namjoo. What really makes them lie like that? And he knows that it was not only about money because half of the witnesses was Kyungsoo's client and he knows that Kyungsoo is their biggest client.

At the car, Namjoo opens the door for Namjoo and Jun Hyuk who was sleeping him her arm. When Namjoo steps in, he closes the door. Walking to his side, he looks at Kevin and said "I want all the person who lies in the court file and I want them out from my contract. Tell them that."

"Kyungsoo, please just wait. I will check on what really happen and why were they lying while they know that this case involves you. Because my heart said that it's not only about money. It's more than that."

"Do whatever you want? But if it's about money, then get them out from the contract."

"Will do."

"Thank you, Kevin, and take a rest."

Meanwhile, inside the care, Taehyun and his mother were smiling feeling satisfied. They already know that they already win the case.

"I get you where I want Namjoo. Next, you will come and beg. And when that time comes, I will be the happiest woman in the world. You will pay for all the thing that your mother had done to me." Mrs Nam said in her heart with a big evil smirk on her lips.

"I'm sorry Namjoo. But I have to do this. Yoo Jung is pregnant with a girl and the doctor said that the next pregnancy will be a complication. I can't lose her and I want a son. You are healthy and unmarried. You can have another child. I just want Jun Hyuk."
