The Revival Of Amy Rose (SonAmy)

Chapter 2

"Ya know. If you're still here. I still might be running away from you. How pathetic was that?" Sonic chuckle as he slightly shook his head.

"I knew i'd see you here."

Hearing a familiar voice. Sonic looked up seeing Blaze walk closer to him.

"Blaze. Is there something wrong?" Sonic scowled slightly.

"No. Nothing is wrong. But we need you to get to Tails's lab." Blaze said looking down at him with her right palm resting on her hips.

"Why?" Sonic stood up.

"I'm not in the right position to tell this to you. So you might as well wait until we get there." Blaze said and about to walk away but not before placing some flowers on Amy's tombstone.

Without second thought, both of them left the area.

"I'll be back, Ames."

Landing infront of the G. U. N. Rouge made her way to their Captain's office. And without knocking, Rouge invite herself in.

"I see you haven't changed a bit, Rouge."

"Oh i won't change, Captain." She smiled.

"What can i do for you?"

Rouge's expression turned into serious. "I would like to know if you have Shadow's location."

"Is there something wrong? An attack?"

"No. No. I need to discuss something important to him." Rouge said while crossing her arms.

"I'm afraid i can't tell you. For i, also didn't know. Perhaps you can try and contact his ark."

"Right. Well, thanks for your time." Rouge waved goodbye and left.

Not too far away, she took out her phone and dialed a familiar number. Her pressed her cellphone against her ears, waiting for the other line to pick up.

"This is Alexa, Shadow The Hedgehog's assistant. Please leave a message."

He remembered the last time he heard someone call.

It was her.

"I know you're in there. Pick up."

Shadow simply ignore her.

"Shadow. The gang needs you. This is about Amy. If you're willing to help us. Go to Tails's lab. We'll all be there."

Rose? What are they planning now. Can't they just let her rest in peace.

"What this is about, Tails." Sonic said as soon as he entered his buddy's lab.

"Sonic! I'm glad you could make it. Thanks Blaze." Tails smiled.

Blaze nodded in responce and went to Silver's side.

Then Rouge suddenly walked in. "Its now up to Shadow if he'll come here or not." She said and crosses her arms.

"Very well, Rouge."

"Sonic. This is about Amy." Tails stood infront of Sonic, who scowled mentioning Amy's name.

"No. What ever you're planning or thinking. No." Sonic said and turn his back to him.

"Sonic. We're planning on reviving Amy. You've been miserable since her death." Tails explained looking at Sonic qith worried face.

"Well it's my problem. Not yours." Sonic spat.

"Reviving a dead person will take all your strength." Shadow suddenly appeared out of nowhere.

"Shadow!"

"Who's idea was this? I've wasted my time coming here to hear this nonsense." Shadow scowled.

"Shadow listen to me. With the use of the emeralds. We can revive Amy." Tails explained looking at both hedgehogs.

Flashback

"You think they'll agreed with this plan?" Knuckles scowled with his arms crossed.

"Knowing Shadow. He'd be against this." Rouge piped in.

"I'm sure Sonic will be glad!" Tails said excitedly looking around them.

"You think so?" Blaze asked, raising an imaginary eyebrow.

"This is his chance to finally confess his feelings for him without being pathetic." Silver snicker.

"He's actually right about that." Rouge grinned.

Flashback Ends

"Tails, buddy." Sonic called out.

"Huh?" Tails looked at Sonic curiously.

"Without her around. I know she's safe wherever she was." Sonic said seriously. "I know you wanted to help. All of you guys. But I'm sorry. It's best if everything stays the way it is."

"Is that how it is, Faker?" Shadow glared.

"What do you mean?" Sonic glared back.

"Are you running away from your fears? And there i thought you'd be brave enough knowing one of your friends died because of idioticness." Shadow said standing to the other side of the room with his back faced to them.

"You take that back!" Sonic growled.

"What? Can't accept the fact that Rose sacrifice her life to protect the precious emeralds. After all. You didn't get stronger. You became weaker." Shadow said.

"Raaah!!" Without second thought, Sonic launched himself towards Shadow.

"Both of you. Stop it!" Silver used his telekinesis, and stop Sonic in mid air. "Instead of fighting. Why don't both of you get along. Just this once!"

"I am not agreeing on this plan! Amy will stay wherever she was! And that's it! End of topic!" Sonic growled.

"We're not doing this just for you! We missed Amy too!" Tails cried. "I missed her too, Sonic. You didn't noticed. But you've changed so much. I am worried about you. All of us."

Everything went silent.

Silver slowly put Sonic on the floor.

"I-i'm sorry if-"

"If i changed. I didn't know i did." Sonic said covering his face with his right palm.
