"Are you sure this is a good idea, Bright?" I ask him with a slight bit of fear.
"We'll be fine! Even though this creature will devour anything, you'll be fine. After all, I've seen you run, so you'll be just fine!" Bright says to reassure me.
I just look down the middle of the stairwell, and I can't even see the bottom because of how dark it is. I've heard stories of people who have ventured in here and never came back. I guess it means that there's a second creature down here. I swear that if I see that damn thing coming after me, I'm taking off like a fucking bolt of lightning!
"You still sure this is a good idea, Bright?" I ask him with a small hint of fear in my voice.
"I'm sure. I've done this so many times that I've lost track!" Bright says with a laugh.
I just look at him like he's an idiot. Okay, I'll admit, I have a HUGE thing for him. I try to deny it, but you can tell I'm lying.
"Ready?" Bright asks as he gets ready to begin walking down.
"I guess," I answer while looking quite worried.
I've heard so many stories about this thing. Some say that there's a creature down there, but I'm not sure if it's just a hoax or if it's true. If it is true, then I am not doing this ever again, unless I'm having fun.
About what seems like hours pass, and now we're finally at the 160th floor. I look at Bright with a slight nod as he releases the slinky into the darkness.
"This isn't going to end well. I know it," I say while grabbing my stomach like I'm sick.
"I know the result. Just wait," Bright says to keep me down there.
It's been about 5 minutes since we let go of the slinky, and we both hear a loud growl. I jump up and watch in horror as the slinky is in shreds. Bright takes off with a dust cloud behind him as I just stand there shaking.
"Britney! Britney where the fuck are you?!" Ender yells through a PA system.
"Why does it matter?! I can only hear loud growling!" I yell back, knowing that he can hear me.
"Get out of there! 087-1 will destroy you! Immortal or not, you're screwed! Get the hell out of there!" Ender yells with worry.
I look behind me and see a face that scares the shit out of me. I instantly began running upon seeing the horrific face, causing me to appear as a blur on any camera. As I reach the top of the staircase, Bright throws the door open, causing me to fly out the door and crash my head into the wall. He closes the door and bursts out laughing.
"YOU LITTLE SON OF A BITCH!" I scream at Bright.
"You gotta admit that it is fun though," Bright says calmly.
I pull my head out of the wall and growl. That was one thing that pisses me off severely. I'll admit that it was fun, but me hitting my head against the wall isn't. That actually hurt horribly!
"Bright, why did you talk her into doing that?!" Ender yells as he runs up with Cupa by his side.
Cupa is a really sweet girl, but the one thing that people don't understand until they meet her is that she's actually a creeper-human hybrid. She has the powers of a creeper but looks just like a human.
"I asked her if she wanted have some fun, and she said yes. There's no crime in that," Bright explains with a slight smirk.
I just stand against the wall shaking. That face will haunt me forever. Lets just hope I don't have to meet 096. I hear that if you catch a slight glimpse of its face, it will hunt you down until it kills you. Actually, a few days ago some idiotic D-Class did that, and I watched while laughing as the D-Class was being chased by 096.
"Anyways, Britney, I'd like you to meet my girlfriend, Cupa. Cupa, this is Britney. Britney, this is Cupa," Ender introduces us.
I just nod to her. I usually try to keep my mouth shut when first being introduced to someone. It's just how I've been for years.
"Nice to meet you, Britney. I've heard about you quite a bit," Cupa says with a friendly smile.
"I guess it's nice to meet you," I say back with uncertainty.
I'm not used to talking with someone who's half creeper, but then again, I'm half creeper. I notice that Cupa and Ender begin walking away, which makes me roll my eyes. Sometimes I wish I could just eat one of them or possibly both. Oh wait, I'm just hungry.
"Wanna do that again, Britney?" Bright asks me.
"I'm good. I'm heading back," I say while hiding the rumbling of her stomach.
He nods as I take off running for my chamber. I'll admit something, I'm actually starving. That chase made me work up quite the appetite. The main question is, do I eat the leftover D-Class, or do I make a pizza in the kitchen? Who knows, maybe I'll do both.
