At Hogwarts, Sirius tried to keep his and Remus' relationship under covers to make sure Regulus Black never found out about them. But, Sirius would always give Remus small touches. Just to remind him that he wasn't ignoring him.

Peter and Lily now knew of them, but Remus seemed much more comfortable with the entire thing than Sirius, who had held his hand the entire time.

Everything seemed to be going fine. But Sirius had to go and mess it all up.

It was a regular Tuesday. Nothing special or remarkable had happened all day, but Sirius had been yearning for Remus all day long.

On the second floor, there was a girls bathroom that always had an out-of-order sign on the door. Lily had told Sirius that it was haunted by a ghost called Moping, Moaning, Miserable Myrtle (by Peeves the Poltergeist) that always flooded the bathroom.

During Sirius' Astronomy class, Remus had Prefect duties. So, when the mousy-haired boy walked past the bathrooms, Sirius pulled him in, circling him in his arms. "Sirius!" hissed Remus. "You're supposed to be in class."

"So?" chuckled the taller boy. "That doesn't matter. I've been good all day long, you jerk. All I wanted was a quick kiss."

Remus grinned. "Did you at least check into your class?"

"No. But I checked in with you, didn't I?"

"That's not the same thing."

Sirius looked down at Remus and smiled. "I mean, I'd let you be a professor if that's what you're into."

Remus blushed and murmured, "I hope you get detention for this."

"Ah, oh, well." Sirius shrugged, grinning at the smaller boy, who was still blushing. Slowly, he leaned down, letting Remus meet him halfway.

However, he was surprised when Remus kissed him with vigour, making their teeth clash. Sirius held him tightly, pressing against him. Both of their breath came quick when Sirius disconnected, only to loosen Remus' tie a bit.

"Sirius---"

"It won't hurt, " he interrupted. With a slight groan, Sirius lowered his lips to a spot on Remus' chest, knowing that the mark that was sure to appear would be covered by Remus' secure tie.

Remus let out a whine or a whimper, spurring Sirius on. And he didn't stop until Remus' hands were on his biceps and he whispered, "Sirius, you've missed a lot of your class by now."

"I don't care, " he protested and Remus pulled away sharply. He looked at himself in one of the cracked and grimy mirrors, straightening his gold and crimson tie. "I was doing something, " grumbled Sirius, crossing his arms.

"I don't care, " Remus mimicked, smirking. He continued to fix his tie as Sirius came over, wrapping his arms around his waist and resting his head on his shoulder. "This isn't helping that statement."

"Good, " murmured Sirius as he kissed Remus' cheek. "Maybe we could stay here all day, then."

Remus laughed. "I've got duty, Padfoot."

Sirius huffed, "Fine." He kissed Remus one more time. "I'll see you later. Make sure you cover that up or whatever."

He left and went to his class, where he was docked House points for being late. On their way to Herbology, the fifth years were walking to the castle. But he faltered when his younger brother, Regulus, called, "Hey, Sirius! What've you done today besides that freak show of a person?"

Sirius glared at him. "What the hell does that mean, Regulus?"

Regulus Black smirked. "You should choose your make-out spots better. The girls bathroom isn't the best place."

Sirius went towards his brother, fuming visibly. He grabbed his younger brother by the front of his robes, growling menacingly, "If you say---"

Regulus held his hands up, saying, "Listen, I've already written to Mum during lunch. And you're in the hole, brother."

Sirius punched his face hard and swift. Soon, the two brothers were brawling while other students cheered them on or, like Remus and other Prefects, tried to stop them from punching out teeth.

Finally, Remus and James pulled Sirius off his brother, telling him that he was going to kill him if he didn't stop. Sirius hissed, "He knows, Remus. He knows and---"

"Nothing is going to happen, " Remus told him sternly, shaking his shoulders to emphasise his point. "You're almost of age and they won't be able to---"

"D'you think that's going to stop them?" Sirius asked, his tone lined with annoyance and anger. He glowered at his younger brother before turning on his heel and making his way back to the castle, plotting viciously for the next chance he got to hurt his brother as he hurt him.
