It has been a week since I found out about the pack and the Cullen's. Things have not gotten really weird with me and Bella, we don't talk anymore. I stick to La Push as much as possible. Which Paul is happy about. I am currently at uncle Charlie's waiting for Paul to text me that he is off patrol.
Uncle Charlie is currently cleaning his guns, when Bella walks in talking about playing baseball with Edward and his family. 'Good thing they're already dead.' I think to myself, when he walks in. I growl at him. 'Clearly hanging out with the pack has rubbed off on me or maybe it's Paul.' I think to myself and I let a giggle slip from my lips.
About two hours later Bella comes home, freaking out talking about going back to Arizona. Uncle Charlie is trying to talk her out of it. Then she brings me into it which pisses me off. "Aleera should come with me, so I'm not by myself."
"I have no reason to leave Bells. Paul's prom is in two days and I am not missing it because of you. If you want to go, then go but you leave me out of it." I state raising my eyebrow at her as she glares at me. I'm not stupid I know she just wants to use me.
Then she says the one thing that I will never forgive her for. "If I don't get out now, I'll be stuck here just like mom." Uncle Charlie stops dead in his tracks. 'What the fuck!!! I'm going to kill her!' I mentally yell at her.
"I am sorry uncle Charlie." I tell him as I give him a hug.
"It's OK, sweetheart, she'll be back." He says looking like he is about to cry.
'How my cousin can do this I will never understand.' I think as I walk up the stairs to my room, to change my clothes.
Text Messages:
Paul- Just got off patrol. Can I come over and see you?😘
Aleera- Not tonight babe. Bella just up and left to go back to Arizona. I am going to kill her when and if I see her again!!
Paul- What happened?
Aleera- Not sure! She went to play baseball with the leeches and came home saying she was leaving. She said some pretty mean things to my uncle. Tried to get me to go with her.
Paul- Did the leech come close to you?
Aleera- No it didn't. I think the pack is rubbing off on me. I growled at him.
Paul- That's my girl!! Are you sure I can't come over and see you? 😘
