It was three in the morning when I started dancing in such a temptress way. Chris laughed at my attempt to seduce him.

"Babe, what are you doing?" He laughed.

"Shhh.." I pressed my finger to his lip, placing my self on top of him as I wrapped my legs around him kissing his neck. He moans as I bite his ear.

"Let's go the bedroom yea?" I nodded my head agreeing, he walks us towards the bedroom. He placed me on the bed before walking over to one of the drawers to hand me one of his band tees.

"What's this for?"

"Your pj's"

I was upset, I didn't know if it was all that wine we started drinking once we got inside or if it was the fact it was three in the morning that was causing me to be so emotional. "Am I not good enough anymore? I can't get you going?"

He chuckled. "It's not that. It's late, you're a little tipsy. I would love to but not like this."

"Okay." I supposed he was right.

He walked over to me sympathetically. "I love you." He placed kisses all over my face.

I smiled. "I love you more."

I watched in awe as he changed into a pair of sweats and stripped of his shirt, neatly folding in on top of the drawer. I couldn't believe I was lucky enough to fall in love with him and even luckier for him to fall in love with me and decide he wanted to spend the rest of his life with me, even though I'm extremely difficult.

I walked back to the kitchen to grab a glass of water, taking a sip I felt someone else in the room with me. I turned to see if anyone was there, but there was no one. Maybe I was just tired or super drunk. I shrugged my shoulders and proceeded back into the bedroom.

Placing the cup on the nightstand I took a deep breath.

"Can you help me unzip?"

"Sure." His cold touch caused me to jump. "Sorry." He chuckled. Once unzipping he kissed my back. I took off the dress and put on his shirt. As I was getting comfortable I remembered I needed to take off the light makeup I had put on earlier. I groaned as I got up once more.

I rinsed my face, washing the makeup off when I heard someone whisper my name. I thought it was Chris so I ignored it. As I dried my face with a towel I felt someone squeeze my hips. I turned to see no one. I became irritated. I brushed my teeth quickly before heading back to bed.

"It's not funny." I stood by the door.

"What's not?"

"You were trying to scare me."

"Scare you?"

"Yea, I was in the bathroom and you whispered my name and then you squeezed my hips..."

He wore a concerned look, "I was in here the whole time, I swear it to you."

I heard another whisper but this time from behind me. I turned my head quickly in fear but once again, no one was there. Was I losing my mind? or was someone else in this house with us?

"Hey, why don't you just come to bed? You're probably just tired yea?"

"I'm not lying, I swear someone else is in the house. I'm not crazy." I began to fear my mind.

"Do you want me to search the other rooms?"

"No. You're right, I'm probably just tired."

"Then get in bed, yea?"

I turned off the lights getting into bed. Something didn't feel right. I wasn't missing anything, yet something felt out of place. I stared into a dark corner trying to figure out a reason for hearing what I did, and feeling what I did. I was growing anxious, My breathing fastened and I started picking at the skin of my fingers. Not being able to take it I got up and made sure all the windows were closed and locked. I closed all the room doors and made sure the front door was locked as well. I checked every inch of the house and made sure the stove was off and that all sharp objects were put away safely.

Once I felt safer I headed back into the bedroom.

"Everything alright?" He asked concerned.

"Yea, just had to check everything or else I'd be up thinking." I got back into bed.

He pulled me in close, holding my body tight. "Nothings going to hurt you, I'm here to protect you from everything." He kissed my shoulder causing me to smile. I felt at ease and drifted to sleep.

It was around six in the morning when I woke up unable to breathe, I was in tears holding my chest. I couldn't stop crying or shaking, I tried to get up but I couldn't move. I tried to reach for Chris's hand when I felt his fingers I squeezed on them as tightly as I could. He woke up to see my frail state getting up to help me quickly.

"Just breathe, in...out.." He caressed my arm easing my anxiety slightly. "It's okay I'm right here." He was scared. "Again, in...out." He whispered into my ear kissing the top of my head.

I began to breathe aggressively until I was finally able to feel the rest of my body, I gasped for air. I wrapped my arms around his neck sobbing.

"I'm so sorry, I'm so so sorry." I cried. "Please, believe me, I didn't want to do it, not this time. I wouldn't do that to you, not again! Chris, please believe me."

He was confused. "Do what?- It was only a dream it's okay."

"I couldn't stop it, believe me I wouldn't leave you! Please forgive me."

"Hey, it's okay, babe look at me. It was just a dream."

"You don't understand. They were there, talking to me. They told me I wasn't ready, but this time, they weren't there."

"Who wasn't?" My eyes widened as I felt a warm liquid stream down my wrist. His eyes followed revealing the soaked bandages. "Shit." He cursed under his breath getting up quickly to help me to the bathroom.
