Recap: My worst fear has been confirmed.

Drying off my tears with my scarf, the same scarf that Lucy almost died retrieving for me, I slowly got up, still wobbly, and stumbled toward the wall I climbed down from.

Sniffling, I climbed up the wall of the Gorge and walked back to the train station.

"Lucy, can I.........oh right."

I sat in the train compartment, crying before the ride started.

Lucy............................why'd you leave me? We're a team, we're supposed to things together.

"Well, Natsu, why'd YOU leave ME?" A/N: I haven't reached this part yet, I just know that Natsu leaves Lucy for a year.

"LUCY?!"(This was spoken out loud by the way)

"Hiya Natsu!"

"Natsu....." Her voice.....it sounded different, familiar, but different. Almost like.............................

"HAPPY?!" I say, jolting from my dream.

"Aye! Where's Lu-shee, Natsu?"

Oh, so that wasn't a dream.

"She's gone, Happy, and she won't be coming back."

He took a few minutes to process what I had just said.

"You mean, Lushee died?"

"...........yeah"

Cue the tears from Happy. "H-h-how d-did she d-d-d-die?"

"Well.........."and I told him everything, leaving out the part where she said she loved me, and where I said the same thing.

"Lushee............"

"Come on, Happy, let's go back to the guild.

Happy flew slower than usual, trailing behind me, giving me the chance to shed tears that I didn't want anyone to know I was holding.

*Time Skip to Guild*

I opened the big Guild doors and everyone turned toward the enterance. 

"Natsu-San! Where's Lucy-San?" Wendy asked looking around behind me, a look of excitement on her face.

"She........................................................"

I cleared my throat and tried again.

"She's gone. She died, falling to the ground of the Gorge.

Cue the guild's tears.

" LU-CHAN!" Levy blubbered.

"Where's Gramps," I ask Mira, keeping my face expressionless.

Covering her eyes with her left hand she pointed upstairs with her right.

I ran up to Gramp's office.

Panting, tears in my eyes(I'm not afraid to cry in front of Gramps) I say:

"Lucy......she died. Thought I'd tell you, everyone's crying downstairs."

I walk out of his office and the guild and run to Lucy's apartment.
