Prologue A Lantern of will

A/N: This idea came from me watching the Green lantern movie just about everyone hated.

Izuku POV
I was there. That's all I got to say. I'm still wondering how I got here. Falling to my death from a giant monstrous tower of destruction. Well I'll rewind back to about when I was 4 years old. I was recently pronounced quirkless, even so my parents acted the same around me but my "friends" turned their backs to me and called me Powerless, Useless, Worthless, for being Quirkless. I was branded as DEKU. Even so I reached of the stars and caught one. When I was four after being bullied for a while my dad took me to a demo of a brand new fighter jet that he was test driving. But as it turns out they cut corners with the metal for the fuel tank. Which caused it to burn. So my dad crashed landed the plane in a ditch far from the crowd, limiting the casualties to one. He was honored as a man without fear and with a strong will. So I used the incident to harden my own drive. The bullying for not having a dad and quirk made me strengthen my will. Like the old saying goes "The hammer that breaks glass forges steel.". As one of my favorite underground heroes once said in a documentary on heroes. After a few years I had trained myself by cleaning up a nearby beach when I was ten and in one year while I was camping I saw it. A meteorite heading in my direction and then it crashed a mile away. I set out to investigate it to find a green glowing aura. Then I saw a ring fly from the meteorite on to my left ring finger. It then said "Willpower a hundred percent perfect match." I wondered what ment by that before it then materialize a costume around me a said "New recruit must head to orientation." Before I could question it i was heading to Oa the planet at the center of the universe. There I was greeted by an alien named Sinestro and for the next two years my training began and it became easier to travel between Oa and Earth on a daily basis. Then ten months before the entrance exams for U.A. a sludge villain attack me and with my ring I stopped him and then All might appeared saying "I am here." Then I started geeking out before handing him the villain. Afterward I got his autograph and then the villain got loose after All Might jumped away. I saw him battling a few heroes before noticing his hostage. Kacchan was the hostage and even though earlier he told me to commit suicide I couldn't stand back and watch as he died. Then without hesitation my legs moved on their own and I pulled out my ring after launching my backpack at the only solid parts of his body and then yelled my oath. "In brightest day in blackest night no evil shall escape my sight and let those who worship evils might BEWARE MY POWER GREEN LANTERNS LIGHT!" And I transformed and quickly subdued the villain. I then flew home after gathering my belongings and it turns out no one knew who I was. So after that day I flew to Oa to tell the guardians what happened and to recharge my battery. Then I went home and began a ten month training regime to help prepare for the exam.
