"Shouta, the nurse has Ms. Force stabilized so you are no longer needed," said Principal Nezu.

"Fine then...my students need me anyway," Shouta said coldly.

Nezu turned to Aizawa,  "I will need to speak with you after class about said incident. You are the teacher and I need to know if she was out of line with this training."

"Of course but its all on video Principal," Shouta frowned.

"I want your personal observation on this. If she is to be your student teacher then her advisor needs to tell me..."

Shouta let a small smile slip as they walked to his class.

He had been given the perfect opportunity to get rid of Ms. Force. The problem was she had suggested, a good training exercise and had practical use in the field. The woman had tried to hit home, to Bakugo about being late and letting his classmates, be in dangerous situations. Gale had thought nothing about taxing her telekinesis to save his students. Her bleeding had been severe.

The nurse said she would be good as new soon. He would tell Nezu the facts. Fair was fair for her evaluation just like one of his students. Nezu would make the decision...

"Shouta!"it was Hizashi, "Man trying to kill the new teacher on the first day? What's with that?"

"Training exercise, same risk as the students take for training. Hence student teacher," Shouta said without emotion.

"How can you be so cold?"

"I treat her no different with emotion or comments," Shouta yawned.

"Well you are the perfect instructor, as she has sworn off men for the time being. 'No man meat' was her comment last night. Anyrate don't get Gale too messed up or I have to cancel the show on Friday," Mic stated.

"Into flashy too...ugh. All Might will like her..." Aizawa grumbled.

~Time skip~ end of school day.~

Shouta walked, hunched over and hands in pockets to Nezu's office. He knocked.

"Enter Shouta."

Shouta sighed then opened the door. He was startled to see Gale vertical and able to talk. She was sitting in a chair, in a dress suit with a skirt. Baskerville sat in the chair next to her. The dog stared at Shouta with the look 'don't throw her under the bus asshole.'

Her hair was up and held by hair sticks. Gale looked like an administer and not his student teacher. Gale rose quickly and bowed.

"Afternoon Sensei Aizawa..."

Aizawa stood, hands still in pockets, "Why is she here for your conference on the incident?"

"Shouta, she asked to hear her evaluation. Gale will not interrupt or argue with you. Your report will go as you like and I will ask the questions. Yes?" Nezu answered the question.

"Fine. As long as she doesn't interrupt me. Or her support dog making noise. I tell as it is," Shouta said glaring at Gale.

Gale nodded her head but said nothing still. She faced Nezu with her hands folded in her lap and legs crossed at the ankles. Shouta chose to stand, as an irritant.

"Ms. Force suggested indoor close quarter combat. I volunteered Bakugo, Lida and Shoto to do tight formation combat. I told them Ms. Force was the villain for this practice. She martial tossed Bakugo across the field. Next she threw Lida into the air and asked if he could fly. Shoto froze her feet but she broke loose and used telekinesis to catch Lida. Bakugo took the opportunity to power punch her. He didn't realize she would go through the wall and interior," Shouta took a breath. "The building supports were compromised. It began to fall and Ms. Force used her quirk, telekinesis, to keep the building from trapping the students."
