•|•She had drawn the cat looking out the window.
It was a drawing she had finished in less than 5 minutes. She used only charcoal for it. •|•
She had been an orphan under the care of a church. The same one that sent out Yui Komori to live in an unknown location. She was the daughter of the priest or at least that's what she was told. It could've all been wrong information that was told to her, to keep her mind from wondering.
Afuru Deijii had lost her parents to a freak accident. Her parents had gone on a fly related to work when she was just one year old. She was left with the neighborhood church since they volunteer to take care of her. During the flight, some drug addict entered the pilots cabin and tried to fly the plane.
It crashed.
She was told that the news showed dark clouds of smoke.
•|•It looked like the smudges on her charcoal drawn cat. •|•
It wasn't long before she was told some very "exciting" news. She was going to be sent to live with Yui. Now, she had never really spoken to the girl but she knew one thing about her.
She seriously lacked a backbone.
The girl would easily crack under pressure and was too nice to speak out. She was frail and would rather avoid conflict. While Yui had gone to a Catholic school, she had gone to a public one. It was one that closely resemble an American style school, as lots of kids from there were kids from military soldiers. It was a mixed school. It was still a Japanese school though, so everyone wore uniforms.
Yui had always been what someone would call "The perfect girl", as in she never fought back, was weak, was pretty, and was submissive. In Japanese culture that is how majority of anime girls are depicted. It's some sort of twisted view Japan has on woman.
It was sad but it was a reality. Always expected to flock around any male that was remotely attractive. Yui was sort of expected to be like that or that is how Afuru imagined her to be. Well, she would know soon.
Her suitcase was a little on the bigger side and she carried a big transparent bag with a hearty amount of artsy supplies. She wasn't one to exposed her body so she wore a simple long sleeve and jeans.
When she stepped off the car, before her stood a mansion that resembled an old Victorian style house. Emphasis on the old, it looked like it was decaying. The colors so monotone that she wondered if they arrived at the wrong place.
She stood before the two double doors but before she knocked, she left her suitcase at the outside steps and toured the outside. She touched the walls and the rough texture of it made her fingers feel a little tingle. She took a deep breath and her lungs filled with the smell of wet dirt, as if it had just rain.
•|•She wondered if the cat she drew would love to live here?•|•
She finally reached the door and she knocked, waiting for someone to arrived and open it. No one answer so she knocked again. Once again, no answer. And before she could knock for a third time, someone opened the door. A middle age butler dressed in murky green. Monotone and lifeless like the outside of the mansion.
"Good evening, sir. I am Afuru Deijii. I was sent to live here with Yui Komori. May I come in? " Without a word, the butler stepped aside and let her in. She walked in with her stuff and saw how immensely different yet how similar the inside of the mansion looked to the outside of it. Her eyesight flooded with dark blues that looked like bright purples and how the chandelier seemed to glow pink even though the light was so obviously white like any other.
"Um... So where do I go?... " She slightly trailed off her sentence when she turned around and the butler was no where to be seen. She cleared her throat and balanced herself on the bottom on her heels than on her tip toes. Back and forward while swinging her arms from side to side, confused and a little bit nervous.
She didn't know what to do. She walked to a couch by the side of stairs and sat down, looking out the window. She took out her smartphone and debated on calling the church but something told her they wouldn't pick up anyways. She put her phone inside her suitcase before she set it to silent and then sat quietly in hopes someone would show up.
After 10 minutes or so, someone did show up.
It was a young man with red hair and emerald green eyes. He wore some sort of school uniform that to her look more like cosplay than anything. She stood up and bowed in a display of politeness "Hello, I am Afuru Deijii and I was told I would be living here alongside Yui Komori. I apologize for the trouble-" It was then that she felt how her arms were violently grabbed and held on top of her head. She gasped and struggled to free herself from the guy."Is that so? Does that mean that you are as sweet a pancake? "
He leaned down and sniffed her neck. She tensed up and felt how sweat started to trailed down her neck and onto her back. This was raising a million red flags up in the air. Glaring at her to find a way out of this situation but she was terrified. She was being restrained by a guy that was obviously stronger and taller than her and she was just being held like a ragdoll.
She felt a wet tongue licking from the start of her collar bone to the start of her ear, a wet path cooling on her neck. She felt cold goosebumps on her skin and tears start to prick at her eyes.
She was so scared.
Was she gonna be rape?
It was getting difficult to breathe and her vision started to blur. Her eyes wet with tears at the verge of spilling. She finally opened her mouth to scream at the top of her lungs
"Let go! Somebody, please help!"
The gripped on her arms became painfully tight at that second
•|• The cat at her old house window, would hate it here for sure •|•

Hello everyone!
This is just a little experiment I came up with.
A long time ago, I was a casual fan of Diabolik lovers and while I enjoyed it back then, I left the fandom.
This is why I felt like writing this fan fiction and adding my ability to make shit sad-
I want to get back into the fandom as like a wild card(the one that just watched the anime and ran with it-)
Once again, this is an experiment and I will release a few more chapters next week and the week after that to go see if I really want to commit to this.
Tell me what you think in the comments

(Ps. I didn't check the grammar at all so I hope it still makes some sort of sense. Sorry if it doesn't ✊)
