What comes next?

First of all, allow me to thank all of my readers who have stayed with me, supported me, and became my dear friends through this journey. You have helped me not only to finish this book in a timely manner but also to keep me writing to the highest standard I can possibly come up with. I cannot thank you enough for all this, but there are two people that I need to mention: Sergio_the_Saint and jennylgale my biggest supporters who have practically held my hand through this point. I'm so, so very blessed to have you guys as friends whether or not this book makes it anywhere.

In Case You're Wondering...
I have been asked before how long it took me to come up with this monster. I started this book around May 2014. Believe it or not, it began with the timeline of Djari's daughter. Yes, the next generation. I spent 2 years writing 50K of it, going back and forth with my beta before I realized I wasn't writing for me, I was writing to publish. My heart wasn't in it, and I produced 50K of useless crap. I was so fed up I threw it all away and didn't write again until 2018, when I woke up one morning with Djari and Hasheem invading my head and decided to go back a generation. Since then I've been writing non-stop, and here we are, at the end of book one and going on to book two.

So What's Next?
I should tell you this whole book has been a setup, a backstory you need to know for the real pain to come. If you think I have been cruel, I've only started to sharpen my knife and arranged pieces on the chess board.

What to expect? Here's where we are. The board has been reset, the management has been changed. Muradi and Zahara are going to be extremely important and involved but from a different "side" from now and their story will take an entirely different turn from here onwards. We'll have a fully grown Hasheem, Djari, and Lasura and this time really dealing with their relationships and the arranged marriage issue. They're fighting Azram as salar from now. Citara and its devis will be in heavy play so a ton more new characters to come. The White Tower is full of bharavis and oracles so... that's going to be something lol

That is the plan for now. I am going to take a short break to edit this book and query before I begin book two, and I hope that you will stay with me for that journey too (unless I've been signed or something and aren't allowed to share ^^!)
