Third person's POV
"Dadddyyyyy! Let's go and see tita Sky, may ikukwento nanaman po ako" excited na ani ng bata.
Bumaba na ito sa engrandeng hagdanan while wearing it's jolly smile.
"Ok we'll go now baby" natatawang ani ni Gavin.
"Daddy I'm big boy na po don't call me baby again"
"Osige na puntahan na natin si Tita Sky, bring your gift for her ha?"
"Yes daddy I'm excited to see her again" ani ng bata habang ito ay patalon talon.
Sky's POV
I immediately smiled ng matanaw ko ang mag-ama papunta sa lugar ko.
Seeing my bestfriend genuinely smiling while holding Skyler's little hand makes me so happy.
My face turns red when I saw Gavin holding a bouquet of flower on the other hand.
His enhanced physical features, broad shoulders, perfect jawline and the warmth of his smile make me fall deeper into him.
Ugh! How could he do this to me!
"Hi tita Sky, marami po akong isheshare ulit sayo. May nanliligaw po sakin na babae, I asked her kng katulad mo po ba siya. Kasi po kng oo then I'll marry her"
Gavin chuckled hearing his sons story. Nilingon siya ni Skyler pero mag ama nga talaga sila dahil nag apir pa ang dalawa.
I heartily laugh dahil sa pag sasalaysay ni Skyler sakin at sa pag support naman ng maloko niyang ama.
It feels like I'm her mother and the thought of that makes me glad.
Specially, Gavin name's his son after my name.
Inilapag ni Gavin ang dala niyang flowers sa baba. I saw a hint of regret and longingness in his eyes.
Tumingala ito sa kalangitan and as soon as he sees the beauty of Sky he smiles but this time with a hint of pain mixing on it.
"I really wish you didn't choose me that time Sky and how I wish I can turn back time, I know I didn't really deserve your pure love for me but I'm still thankful. Na ipinaranas mo sakin na makasama ang anak ko. Pero kapalit non ang buhay ng pinakamamahal na bestfriend ko. You will be forever hold a special place in my heart"
Tears flow in his eyes but he didn't mind wiping it up instead tinaas ni Skyler ang damit niya para mapunasan ang iyak ng kanyang ama.
"I really really so damn miss you Sky, if only......I-if only I can hug the Sky up above because it symbolizes you, if only I can reach the Sky so I can feel the warmth of your hug again, i wanna hug you real tight. If only I can touch the Sky the way I touch you when you we're with me. But I-i can't"
My teary eyes are now flowing continuously as I saw how do Gavin are still devasted.
Then it hits me, I still remembered the last tragedy we had experienced.
At the end of the day. I'm still gonna choose Gavin over anything. I guess I've loved him that much.
I was holding Skyler that time and I have to choose who to save.
I know naging masama ako dahil I really wanted to save and choose Gavin that time but seeing how innocent the angel I'm holding makes me change my mind.
Few moments later may natanaw along anino non at napagtantong bumbero ito I immediately gave them the baby.
And without thinking much, bago mahuli ang lahat tinalon ko ang poste na kinakain ng apoy to cover Gavin from the falling things that is accompanied by the blazing fire.
I know the fireman saw what I did pero huli na ang lahat. All I know that time is to save the one I love.
That maybe I'm not that lucky to be his women but I'm glad to be his bestfriend,
