It was Morning time.
Sunlight shined under the door and the curtains added an orange glow to the morning light.
A sweet melodious voice enveloped around the apartment.
The screen focussed on a girl who was getting ready, searching for a matching scarf.
The Girl was revealed to be Preeta.
Preeta(smiles seeing herself): Perfect.. Karan ke Dad ne mujhe phone karke bulaaya hai.. Achha toh lagna hi padega.. Woh alag baat hai hamaara break up hogaya..
Preeta sits down and frowns.
Preeta(thinking): Par woh mujhe apne dad se kyun milaana chahta hai? Haan.. Ho sakta hai.. Usse apni galti realize ho gayi ho..
Preeta grabs her car keys and leaves.

Preeta's car stops just outside a huge mansion.
The fountain and the garden in front looked lavish. The ancient carvings on the roof of the house looked spectacular.
Preeta stepped out, giving her key to the security guard and looking around for Karan.
The guard points inside and she goes inside.
Karan and his Father, Mahesh Luthra, were sitting in the hall waiting for Preeta.
Preeta(nervous): Good Morning.. I hope.. I am not late..
Mahesh(smiles): Not at all.. Aao na..
Preeta sits beside Karan and smiles at him, while he looks tensed.
A servant comes and serves her juice.
Mahesh(clearing his throat): So Preeta.. Mujhe Karan ne tumhaare baare mein bataaya.. And I think you're perfect for this..
Preeta smiles warmly at Karan while he looks away.
Preeta(in mind): Achha ji? Mujhe itna pareshaan kiya? Itni aasani se shaadi nahi karoongi..
Preeta(pretending): Dekhiye.. Shaadi ke baare mein sochne mein mujhe thoda time lagega..
Karan understands what she was thinking while Mahesh seemed puzzled.
Mahesh: Haan par.. Hamaare paas sirf 4 hafte hain..
Karan(interrupting): Mere liye ek ladki dhoondhne ke liye 😂
Preeta looks at Karan. Her brain sluttered for a moment and her eyes took in more light than expected.
She took a pause to process all her thoughts.
Preeta(stammering): You're kidding right?
Karan(serious): Does it look like?
Mahesh(interrupts): Umm.. Preeta.. Karan ne mujhe bataaya ki tum dono ka break up ho chuka hai.. Aur yeh bhi ki tum ek bohot achhi matchmaker ho..
Preeta looks at Karan with accusatory eyes.
Her eyes had a hazy vision due to tears which she had stopped. The distorted view became focussed with the next words.
Mahesh(proudly): Aaj se 4 hafte baad.. Mein ek party rakhne waala hoon.. Jahaan pe mein retire hoke Karan ko company ka CEO banaane waala hoon..
Preeta bit her lip, and nodded, signing him to continue.
Mahesh(smiles): Uss party mein.. Karan usse propose karega jisse woh shaadi karna chahta hai.. And I want you to find the special one..
