Suman went outside the hall to take some fresh air, she was feeling suffocated in there.

Why Shravan? She thought.

But wait this is what she did with him ten years back and he did the same with her, insulted her in front of everyone.

She was sitting on a bench and was looking at night sky, tears were continuously flowing from her eyes.

She felt someone sitting beside her, but she didn't look who was it. That person offered her handkerchief to wipe her tears.

"No thank you!" She then looked at the person, she was shocked. She didn't expect him to come.

"What are you doing here?" She asked calmly.

"Kya Sumo, ek taraf dost kehti ho aur dusri taraf ussi dost se naraaz bhi hoti ho, not fair!" Shravan said.

"Friends? Yeah friends!" She chuckled sarcastically.

"Sumo waise bhi yeh itni badi baat thodi na hai!" He said.

He used my dialogue on me only, wow! Suman thought.

"Right! Itni badi baat thodi na hai yeh" Suman said wiping her tears from the back of her palm.

"Sumo tum yaha kyu baithi hui ho, chalo andar chalte hai!" Shravan said getting up from the bench.

"Tum jao! Mai thodi der mein aati hu!" Suman said. He smiled knowing that she will not come back.

He started walking back to the hall, but his heart wanted to sit with her, he didn't listen to his heart though but looked at her before stepping inside.

She was looking at the night sky. He still remember why she sits under the starry night, she once told him in childhood.

Flashback:

It was 8 in the evening and Shravan was at Tiwari Killa, he was done doing Sumo's homework.

"Sumo? Kaha ho tum?" He started looking for her as she was not in sight.

"Beta Suman toh terrace pe hai!" Rachna mausi said.

"Thik hai mausi mai usse bye bol ke ghar ke liye nikalta hu!" Shravan said and went to terrace to say her bye. He saw that Suman was gazing at the sky.

"Sumo tu terrace pe kya kar rahi hai? Aur inn taaro ko kyu dekh rahi hai?" Shravan asked sitting beside Sumo on charpai.

"Chal aaj mai tujhe apne baare mein ek aur chiz batati hu!" Suman said still gazing at the sky.

"Bata phir!" Shravan said.

"Mai bohot chhoti thi jab Maa aur Papa ki death huyi, din bhar sirf ek hi chiz bolti thi ki mujhe maa aur papa ke paas jaana hai!" Suman wiped a lone tear which was making their way.

"Baat nahi karti thi mai kisi se bhi, phir ek din Nanu ne bola ki jab bhi maa aur papa ki yaad aaye toh terrace pe aake inn taaro ko dekhna aur b-baate k-karna!" Her voice choked in the end.

"Tab se jab bhi maa aur papa ki yaad aati hai, mai terrace pe aa jati hu!" Suman said smiling.

Shravan got emotional listening to her, but he controlled them. Today he saw another sight of Sumo.
