It had only been a few hours since Ani had fallen asleep. She finally woke up when she felt the plane hit the runway.

"Oh come on! I just went to sleep!" She mumbled as she woke up. The little girl that was sitting next to her the night before looked at Ani and giggled. Ani honestly thought that this little girl was super adorable and wondered where her parents were. She never saw them.

So she asked, "Hey kid, I was just wondering, where are your parents? Didn't they come with you?"

The girl replied "Nope. My parents sent me back to the orphanage that I came from. They got a bit freaked out that I have an IQ as good as Bill Gates."

"Wow! Really?! No way! For both your IQ and your parents sending you away!"

"Eh... it's alright. It's been like this for a while. I'm used to it."

"No! It's not okay at all! No child should be treated like that. And your intelligence is something to be appreciated." Ani thought for a bit before she said:

"Hey, does the orphanage know that you're being sent back?"

"No, they figured that it would be pretty normal right now. They don't even acknowledge that I exist." She said.

"Well, how about you come live with me? I can take care of you like the sister I've always wanted. And, you could really help me out with school and other stuff since you're a mini genius."

"Oh my god REALLY?! That would be so cool! You're so cool! I've always wanted a big sister! I get so lonely!"

"Okay, great!  And by the way, my name is Ani, Ani Kay."

"Pretty name, I'm June, I don't know my last name because I never knew my parents. No one told me who they were."

"Well, now your name is June Kay. Welcome to the Kay family."

With that, she hugged Ani so tight and Ani hugged back. She felt so happy. This little girl was her first friend and she felt a strong connection to her. She felt as if she could really open up to her and knew that June would accept her exactly the way she was. They both got off the airplane, grabbed their luggage, and went to their new home and set everything up.

In the Titans Tower, the group decided to call it a night since they couldn't figure out which criminals were on the loose and what they were to do about it.

"Honestly, I'm kinda glad we don't have to go outside to fight more crime. I mean, I'm pretty beat from the last fight and I could really use a tofu burger. What about you guys?" Beast Boy asked the group.

"NO!" They all screamed in unison, clearly annoyed.

"Okay jeez, I'll just eat by myself then." He responded and scurried off to the kitchen to make his burger.

"Hm... it's weird for Beast Boy to mention, but isn't it hard to believe that we aren't aware of any kind of crime going on around us? I feel like we're missing something." Robin said rubbing his chin.

"Aw come on man. Try to relax for tonight. I mean, EVERYONE here is doing something they like to relax from the long trip." Cyborg says.

He continues, "Beast boy is making disgusting food,"

"HEY! I heard that!" He interrupted from the kitchen.

"Raven is meditating after a really long time, I'm gonna make some adjustments to our car and other transportation devices, and Star is... well... I'm not sure what Starfire is doing. But the point is, you gotta relax."

Robin thought for a moment before he slumped on the floor next to Cyborg in frustration before saying "Ugh, I don't know what to do honestly. I mean, I could take Star out on a date, but I can't help but feel as if she wants to tell me something."

"Whafu mean Wobin?" Beast Boy said coming back from the kitchen with a mouth full of tofu burger.

"I mean," Robin continued, "That it's been more than a year since Star and I got together in Tokyo. We've been on so many missions together and I've been so busy with..."

"Worrying all the time?" Cyborg interrupted with a joking smirk.

"No! Doing extensive research and pinpointing locations of criminals!" Robin finished clearly annoyed.

"But the point is, I've always felt like there was something going on with Star. I feel as if she's been treating me more like a friend than her Boyfriend. And... boy it feels weird talking about my feelings. I'm usually horrible with stuff like this."

"JUST GET ON WITH IT! I wanna play video gammmmes!" Beast Boy whined while throwing his head back.

"Fine!" Robin exclaimed, "I like Star, but I'm beginning to feel as if she's questioning our relationship."

"Well," Cyborg started, "I think you should take her out on a walk and talk to her. She really opens up to you and you are her best friend."

"Yeah man," Beast Boy added on, "Just go with the flow! And communicate with her as you did with us! She's your best friend too."

"... I guess." Robin said as he stood up. "Have fun you guys, I'm gonna go find Star."

"Good luck bro!" Cyborg and Beast boy shouted in unison." as they watched him leave.

They waited until he left the room before they let their smiling faces drop to an expression of concern.

"So, he hasn't figured it out yet?" Beast Boy said looking kind of worried.

"I don't think so," Cyborg said still looking in the direction of where Robin left, "But he'll find out sooner or later."

He then turned back to Beast Boy and said, "It has to come from her though. We can't talk to him about it until it has happened. So keep it cool."

Beast Boy nodded before he sat down to play his games and Cyborg left for the garage.
