Next think I knew their was the sound of gun Shot and everyone started screaming in horror.

"EVERYBODY RUN!!!!!!"

"BANG! BANG! BANG! was all you could hear.

All of a sudden something hit me and everything went black. Nick,Nick Brooklyn said and her voice was fading. Next thing I remembered was waking up and and light headed. I looked around and everybody was laying on the floor and covered in something red. Oh no I remember what happened it's blood, wait weres Brooklyn, Devon and Chloe. I started to feel dizzy I shook it off and dialed 911. I told them what happened and they said they were sending paramedics.

I that I was completely naked. I ran upstairs and got dressed and went back downstairs. Then I started to get light headed then everything went black. Next thing I knew was waking up in the hospital surrounded by my family.

"Your up thank God Nick you scared me to death" my mom said while letting out a sigh.

"Why were you saying Brooklyn don't stop and moaning" Nicole asked.

I didn't do anything with her did I, no all I did was kiss her. She tried to do something but she was drunk and I said no. Plus that kiss was amazing I felt sparks and I felt fireworks.

"I don't know all I did was kiss we did nothing"

"Oh Brooklyn don't stop don't stop oh god" Jacob mocked while laughing.

"Jacob Lee Smith!!!"my mom said and slapped my bother on the head.

"Awww that hurt" Jacob said and rubbed his head.

"Wait you said you kissed her was it a good kiss" Nicole asked couriesly.

"Yeah we were talking and we just started to kiss and it was Amazing!!" I said.

"Ooo My brother's got a girlfriend" my said like a 2 year old.

"She's not my girlfriend but I wish" I whispered the last part.

"wait did you just say you wish you could date her" Nicole squealed like a little kid.

"If you like her son just ask her out on a date" my dad said in a caring way.

"Its not that easy she not like other girls she's special" I said and my mom and sister went aww.

"Just ask her trust me she'll say yes your a handsome boy" my dad said with a reassuring smile.

"Ok I'll ask when I get out of this hell hole" I told them.

"No cursing around me " my mom said to me .

"Fine mom but on one condition stop butting in my love life" I told her

"I don't have to take orders from you I'm an adult and your mother" my mom said to me

"Then looks like I can curse around you since you don't want to agree with my terms" I assured her.

"OK let's go guys nick needs sleep he did get hit and shot" my mom told my family.

After all my family said their goodbyes. I sat there and figured I should probably check my phone. I looked at the screen and I had 20 unread messages. They all were from Brooklyn saying thank you and are you okay and stuff like that.

Me: hey I'm fine are you okay.

Brooklyn: yeah I'm fine I should be asking you that.

Me: haha well don't you wanna come see me I'm in the hospital.

Brooklyn: of course I want to come see you be there in like 20 minutes.

Brooklyn: also thank you

Me: why thank you I didn't do anything.

Brooklyn: you don't remember :(

Me:no was I supposed to remember something?

Brooklyn: yeah but ill be their soon.

Me: okay c ya then ;)

Brooklyn: c ya :)

Wow I can't believe she was actually worried about me. What am I saying she can't stay away from this. I kinda can't wait till she gets here I'm gonna ask her did she thinks of our kiss.

Brooklyn POV

I can't believe that nick doesn't remember saving me. He took a hit for me also he jumped in front of me and took a bullet. I think I'm falling for him the more I'm for him.
