2: SPLASH?

I couldn't become a hero.

*SPLASH*

Izuku woke up in the alley that he thrown himself into, looking around he didn't see any blood, he questions himself if that was a dream. After getting up he looked around once more, noticing where he was, he decides to go home and think about what happened.

The green haired boy never once had thought about killing himself before, he needs to live to become a hero after all. You can't become a hero without power. Those words appear again in his mind and he decides to just sleep to the next day.

His everyday became gray. Now without a dream, he couldn't feel pleasure seeing the villain fights, but still goes to take notes, he decided to study quirks and maybe make a job out of it.

"DEKU!" Bakugo called Izuku as the school ends and everyone is heading home. "You still working on that useless shit?" He grins as he starts guiding his hand to take the book out of Izuku's hands.

Izuku hides his book in his backpack and starts heading to outside the classroom. This seems to trigger Bakugo more. Grabbing Izuku's shoulder and turning him around Bakugo says. "HEY! SHIT NERD! You ignoring me now?" Izuku turned around now scowls.

"Kacchan, I decided to stop aiming for hero." This takes Bakugo by surprise. "W-What do you mean? Weren't you going to be the greatest hero of all times?" Bakugo stutters taken in by the surprise. 

"'It's not bad to dream. But you also have to consider what's realistic, young man.' That was what All Might told me after I asked the question." Izuku looks down holding back tears.

Bakugo looks even more surprised. "You met All Might!?" Izuku just nods in response. "And what will you do now?" Bakugo's face now showed only concern, completely different from his common angry and scary face.

Izuku's voice was now filled with sadness, "I will still aim for U.A., just not go for the hero course. I heard that the general studies are good for the future too." Izuku lifts his head and looks around. His eyes widening a bit. "Where are your companions?"

Bakugo now just gets frustrated. "They ditched me! I got attacked by a villain and they ditched me!" Bakugo shakes his head to take the thought of it. "Anyway, hold hag wants you and Auntie Inko for dinner today."

Izuku takes his phone out and messages his mom about the news, almost immediately he gets a 'Okay'. Izuku wanted to say more things but words wouldn't come out, he just looked at the Bakugo that was different from all the other times.

Bakugo 'tched' and finished with. "We will continue this later." And just like that Bakugo left, a emotion that Izuku couldn't identify.

Izuku remembered all the things that happened after his conversation with All Might, now with only his world getting grayer he didn't want to stay there anymore. Izuku made up his mind, he would try to leave this world. A quirkless, without a dream, friends or ideals, would just get in the way of all the other people.

Without even noticing he already was on the rooftop of a tall building, even though its a different one from last time. Now without hesitation he jumped out.

*SPLASH*

The green haired boy opening his eyes and looking around had the same result of last time. No blood, just a sound replaying in his head. "splash?" Izuku lets a small whisper come from his mouth. Now looking closer to himself, His uniform got dirty and his black jacket, from the uniform, was ripped on one of the sleeves.

Izuku started to feel something that he never felt before. Did I finally get my quirk? Izuku thought. Looking at his phone he noticed no more than 5 minutes had passed since he jumped. Izuku remembered about the dinner at Bakugo's house and started heading there.
