Today Beck decided to give me a surprise visit. He told me to close my eyes as soon as I opened the door and spun me around. He reminded me he loved my hair. Then Beck gathered my hair, pushing it all over my right shoulder. He placed a light kiss on the nap of my neck. I was distracted by the ghost feel of his lips when he told me to open eyes. I felt a light weight on my chest.
A delicate necklace held a heart-cutter sapphire at the end.
Blue.
Just like his eyes.
Last I checked, we didn't have any anniversaries nearby. He just gave me a gift for no reason. This is the guy I fell for and I was lucky enough to have him catch me. We are going to spend the rest of the day together before our finals start next week.
