Nothing's wrong. I just thought we'd try this FaceTime thing we've been talking about. Freddie'll be up in about half an hour at the latest but I have a feeling it'll be easier this way round...

Kinda. I'm taking him with me when I go shopping for snacks today which will be fun and Lou and I'll be trying to make the cake tomorrow.
My mum is bringing samosas and we're planning to make pizza, so we're getting the dough ready and cutting up the toppings an everything we can for the salads tomorrow evening as well...
Freddie's gonna be all over the place on Saturday so we won't have any peace. And the families will turn up way too early as well, probably, and then we won't get anything done

Nah, Freddie got to invite some of his friends. So there's going to be five five year olds running around as well. And some of their parents and siblings... it's going to be awful.

Yea, I'll go for a run in the morning, maybe some yoga. And then work all day long.

Yes, I am. It's good, one of the best parts of the job is writing and trying new stuff and all that.

So you're happy with it? Is it as you hoped it'd be?

Yeah. I mean, we're only starting out, just trying different stuff and all that. That's always the easy and fun part. The stressful part will come later when it comes to actual decisions, you know... like, decisions I have to make basically on my own now when before I was just kinda... one voice of many.

Hmm. Enjoy it while it lasts, I guess? But maybe you'll like the others parts more now that you're doing it on your own. How long before you have to start making decisions?

It's still a while, we don't have a deadline, but we're talking about a year from now. Maybe. I might have to stop with this project for a while because there's another thing in the works that I might have to push in between... we'll see if it works out. We'll see if any of it works out.
