Con Job

Naru Pov: 

It started out as a normal day. I was at the base meditating on Optimus' shoulder and training with the bijuus as will in my mindscape. I was doing well until Miko and Bulkhead came into the main room. Miko wanted to dune bashing but Bulk complained about the sand getting everywhere but told her that there was a monster truck rally in town. I don't see the appeal by attacking and destroying the environment, but it's Miko. Anyway, Ratchet called over Optimus saying that they were receiving a signal on a restricted band.

"It appears to be coming from a starship inside this solar system," Ratchet said, " It's an Autobot identification beacon." 

"So there are other bots out there?" Jake asked.

"The masses scattered out to the galaxies when Cybertron finally went dark, but cons have been known to bait traps with false beacons," Arcee said. 

I growl at that. Everyone looked at me surprised.  

"That reminds me of a certain snake," I said as my KI was released just a little bit and my hair-splitting into 9 parts. I was certain that I scared everyone.

"Calm down kit," Kurama said, "Orochimaru is dead and can't come back."

"I know Kura nii-san, but he has hurt my friends and me too much," I said back.

"I know kit, I know," Kurama said.

I was to caught up in my conversation with Kura nii-san that I didn't hear Optimus contacting the ship. 

"Wheeljack?!" Bulkhead shouted excitedly almost launching Miko off his shoulder, "You old con crusher! What are you doing all the way out here?" He walked up to the screen.

"Bulkhead? That you?" this supposed Wheeljack asked, "What with all the security?" 

"The rock we're on is crawling with cons. How soon can you get here and even the odds," Bulk asked. 

"Sometime tomorrow, if I put metal to the pedal," He said.

"Another bot's coming here. How cool is that!" Miko said.

"It would be a great help if he stays," I said.

"You feel like something bad is going to happen kit?" Kura asked.

"Yeah," I replied

"Wheeljack-- I know of him by reputation only," Optimus said," Can you verify his voiceprint?" 

"He's 1000% the real deal, Optimus," Bulk said.

"We will send landing coordinates, Wheeljack. Safe journey," Optimus said. 

"See you soon, buddy," Bulk said, "I'll make sure you get a proper welcome." 

"So, who's the boyfriend?" Arcee asked sarcastically

Bulk chuckles and says, "Me and Jackie go way back. We were part of the same war unit, The Wrecker, which means the cons are gonna wish he never found us." 

"What are the Wreakers," I asked.

"They are a unit that operates outside the normal Autobot chain of command. They're usually composed of the best and strongest Transformers who take any risk to finish the job on any covert combat missions. They were assigned to even the most dangerous ones that no one else would take. They do not necessarily follow standard military protocols." Bulk explains. 

"That reminds me of the Anbu," I said.

"The Anbu?" Jack asked.

"They are the Special Assassination and Tactical Squad that were covert operatives of capable ninja that are dispatched by their Kage. Each Anbu operative was assigned an animal mask and code name. They did missions that would often include someone dying, be themselves, their squadmates, or the target," I explained
