Ella woke up hearing the sounds of yelling, probably meaning someone was streaming. But there was a voice she recognized wasn't supposed to be there, very close to her. She opened her eyes and saw a tall figure she knew all too well sitting in her gaming chair. Luckily he wasn't using facecam. As soon as he realized she was awake, Schlatt muted himself. "Morning El! Or afternoon, it's like 1 pm. The guys wanted to stream Minecraft and you said I could use your computer to stream when I came up here, so I just figured-" She cut him off.

"Of course! My setup is always welcome to you. You can keep streaming, I'm just gonna change. We're filming later today, so I gotta look cute." He chuckled and said, "Don't be silly, you always look cute." He then unmuted and but his gamer persona back on, yelling and being an asshole. Just being chaotic in general. 

When she was sure he wasn't looking, Ella quickly changed into a tight black tank top and ripped denim shorts. She then sat down at her vanity and started doing her makeup, occasionally getting startled by the random screaming. She wasn't sure what they were even streaming, other than Minecraft. The stream ended around the time she finished her makeup, and he got up and looked at her, starstruck. "Holy shit El."

She smiled at him. "What's up J?" He walked up closer to her, looking down so they were making eye contact. "You're gorgeous. How can a human being look that good?" She blushed, but fortunately, her foundation covered it.

She got up on her tip-toes, deciding to be brave, and whispered "You're one to talk, handsome." before kissing him on the cheek and walking out to the living room. 

She greeted all the boys, who were just making their way to the living room as well. "Hey fuckfaces. Are we going soon?" Cooper looked up at her, smiling tiredly. "Yeah, we're going in about half an hour. Did Schlatt streaming wake you up?" She nodded and shrugged, right as he walked out, looking dumbfounded. 

"Yeah, but it's no big deal. I should've been up by then anyways. Now hurry up! I'm already ready to leave!"

And an hour later, they found themselves at the San Diego zoo. They ubered over in a few seperate cars, Schlatt and Ellie sharing one of course, as well as Ted riding with them. He was kind enough to take the front seat, which left them basically laying on top of each other. Ella was resting her head on his shoulder while he was texting someone. She knew she shouldn't read them, but it wasn't like he was hiding the screen. 

Ted- Bro, you've got her wrapped around your finger. Don't mess this up.

Schlatt- I'm not gonna. She's the most perfect person I've met. I need to find a perfect way to ask her out.

She looked up at Schlatt, smiling at him. He smiled back, leaning his head forward. Her heart skipped a beat as their faces inched closer, they could feel each other's breath. They were about to close the distance-
