I see Justin going to get the crown im so happy that a lucky girl gets to go up there then I see bouncer coming my way I'm confused

The bouncer lead to the stage and I see judging watching my every step I'm so excited!

I watch her every step she's so beautiful I don't know what it is but when I look at her I know she's the one I feel it I have to get her number I have to get to know her when she gets up on stage I ran up to her

I smile she has these beautiful eyes
"I'm good" I can tell she's scared
"Your my one less lonely girl and I want you to come over here with me I grab her hand and lead her to the chair but she stop i pull my mic off and look at her "are you ok"

As I'm walking to the chair I get this feeling I know I'm getting sick I stop to get my breath "are you ok" Justin asks me I shake my head no because I know I'm about to faint; next thing I know everything goes black

"My sister that's my sister" he screams j tell the bouncers to let him in and he runs to her and gives her some shot
"What's that" I ask
"She has cancer it's her shot for when she faints" I feel this sadness go over me, I need to know her I need to make sure she's ok forever and always
