~Inko's P.O.V~

"Ma'am, one more push! I see their head!" I was in pain, screaming out from the exhaustion and piercing pain in my lower region.

"The first baby is out! It's a boy! Keep pushing!" I heard the crying from my baby boy and started to tear up from the happiness of hearing my baby's voice.

"Push sweetie! Our baby girl is almost here!" With a final scream and push, the second baby was out, and my babies were finally in our world.

"Congratulations ma'am, you have a healthy baby girl and a healthy baby boy." Hisashi walked towards the nurse that held our babies and saw him tear up.

"Inko... They're so beautiful, our baby boy and girl look like us!" Hisashi was handed the babies and walked towards me, placing the babies on my chest. 

"Look Inko, they have our hair color! I hope they have our eyes too!" I looked down at the babies and giggled.

"They're here. After nine long months, our babies are here." The doctor stared at us as we held our babies close and shared a kiss.

"So what are the will you name them?" Hasashi and I looked at the babies.

"The boy will be named Izuku and the girl will be named (Y/N)." I agreed with Hisashi and the doctors smiled. I heard a whimper from (Y/N) and looked down. She opened her eyes and saw her green eyes. (Y/N) slowly lifted her hand towards Hisashi. Hisashi lowered his index finger towards (Y/N), wrapping her tiny hand around his finger.

"Holy... Oh my god..." I giggled and sighed.

"We finally have a family..."

~Two years later~

"When will you two come back?" I walked outside as Izuku and (Y/N) played with Katsuki. Hisashi put the final suitcase in the taxi and walked back inside.

"I'm not sure, but i'll call when we land, alright?" I nodded and saw him walk towards the kids, kissing Izuku's forehead and ruffling Katsuki's hair.

"Take care of your mom for me, alright buddy..." Izuku tilted his head in confusion but nodded either way. 

"Say goodbye, (Y/N)." My baby girl got up and waved goodbye at Katsuki, and gave Izuku a hug. I teared up as I saw my babies hug each other and not letting go, eventually being separated by Hisashi.

"Say goodbye to your mother." (Y/N) walked towards me and I lost it. My tears came down when she hugged my leg.

"Mama?" I knelt down and hugged her tightly, not wanting to let my baby girl go.

"I love you so much, my sweet baby girl. I'll always call, alright?" Tears started forming on (Y/N)'s face as she was being carried away by Hisashi.

"Mama? Zuzu?" Izuku and Katsuki followed Hisashi outside, calling out towards (Y/N) as she was being put in her car seat.

"Mama! Zuzu! Kacchan!" 

"--(Y/N/N)!"

"--(Y/N/N)!" Katsuki and Izuku both called out at the same time, needing to hold them both back as Hisashi sat inside the car and waved goodbye.

"I love you!" I nodded at Hisashi's statement and shouted back, waving goodbye as two of the three important people in my life left.

"Papa go?" I looked at Izuku and Katuski, kneeling down.
