Chapter 2- Black Room, Black Room

  I dashed to my room and tossed my backpack down alongside my desk. I jumped onto my bed, it feeling cozier than ever.
I felt safe.
I felt calm.
I felt pain.
  Wait, pain? I felt a sharp pain in my side. I tried to get up, but I couldn't. I couldn't scream, I couldn't see. I blacked out.

My eyes softly fluttered open, as I forgot what happened. I looked around and realized that I was in a black room. It was somehow... deafening. I could hear scratches against the wall that completely mascaraded my heartbeat. My hands tied behind my back with thick rope, I got up with ease,

(This is where I left off with the book, no clue where I was going with this. I'm happy to restart the book, and may make it a project.)
