At seven fifty-six the following morning, we fetched Father Lopez in the convent. He was already wearing his cassock and holding a thick book—probably a prayer book. Lakay Emil was carrying a bag containing two bottles of holy water.

"Good morning, Father Lopez," Rachel, Felix and I greeted him.

"Good morning," Father waved at us.

I looked at Lakay Emil, who was also smiling at us. I theorized that he will be joining us since he was Father Lopez's sacristan mayor.

"Emil will be coming with us," Father Lopez explained when he noticed that I was looking at Lakay Emil.

"No problem, Father. The more, the merrier," I said cheerfully, " hop in," I said to them.

Father Lopez and Lakay Emil joined Felix in the passenger's seat, while Rachel sat beside me in the driver's seat.

"Father, meet my friend Felix Camba, he's a psychic from Villasis," I said to Father Lopez.

"Glad to meet you, Felix," Father Lopez smiled as he shook hands with Felix.

"Glad to meet you, too, Father," Felix said.

Father Lopez in turn introduced Felix to Lakay Emil.

"Kumusta kayo, Tiyo?(How are you, Tiyo?)"Felix smiled at Lakay Emil.

"Nasayaat met, barok, (I'm fine, son)" was his reply.

When I was sure that everybody had settled, I drove the car back to San Juan for the final battle with the devil.

In about five or six minutes, we were in front of Uncle Joe's house. As soon as Father Lopez got out of the car, he looked up at the forboding house.

"It looks like a haunted house," he commented.

"I doesn't look that way, Father, until that demon over there possessed it," I pointed out.

"Well, let's get in," he urged us.

We walked to the open door, but when we got close, it suddenly slammed shut.

"Jesus Christ, looks like he's back!" Felix exclaimed.

I tried to open the door, but it won't budge.

"Felix, we need your incantation! Can you recall it?" I yelled.

"Let me try," he said. He slowly recited the incantation, which sounded like Latin (although I wasn't sure). Then he pointed to the door and cried, "Let us in!"
