Fatima was in her class taking surprise quiz from her students, although she was trying to keep an eye on students peeking at other sheets but her mind was else where. Her thoughts were filled with observations of Sarfaraz that she has collected these last days. Nagina called them everyday and showed how much she wants her son to marry fatima, that was partly a thing which made her and her family to think she'd be a great mother-in-law, but what about her son? She asked herself. When they first asked for fatima's hand, Sarfaraz has acted real kind towards her parents. To her he was not so talkative, it was like he was sensitive or has a reserve personality. Saleha has the same personality but having husband like that would be a real hard thing to deal with.

She had been praying tahjood consecutively these past days, asking guidance from Allah completing half of our imaan is a big deal but it had to be completed with the right person. Life becomes easy when that happened, considering what nagina says about her son he seemed like a real gem and to every mother their son is like that. That was the very thing that kept her mind busy, it's like she wanted to be more satisfied with her partner. She wanted to know more about him, but he was never available and when he was he wouldn't talk much. Maybe it's because it was her Abu's presence, but her Abu hardly pays attention to them at that time. Taking in Saleha's personality being the same as Sarfaraz's, fatima hardly know what goes around in her mind, her sister rarely takes that veil off of her thoughts. So it was practically same with Sarfaraz.

She heard whispering from behind, and turned to find her students cheating. "Amina and Layba, this will be my first and last warning to you both. If I see you talking again, I'll take your quiz and mark zero on it. You understand?"

"Yes, Ma'am." They mumbled out. Fatima was never the intimidating type, but she had to be at her school. she rarely showed her that side at home but in her professional life she had to make that side appeare from time to time. She was known between her students as a kind and approachable teacher but she was a woman of her principle, where she was polite while teaching, she was totally opposite when it come to teaching manners to rebellious students. Her thoughts had drived her attention for a moment she said some duas and to clear her mind and start focusing on class.

Soon the school ended, while she was walking to bus stop a person came in her mind, the person she met at this certain location few days ago. She took out her cellphone to call her, ask her about her well-being. Since she left studies after college she hasn't been connected with her friends, except one. Who were not in this country anymore, so now that momina had appeared with Allah's blessing she was not going to lose her. Mostly that but after finding her, she really wanted to talk to a friend. Momina was a good listener back in college and she knew most of fatima's stuffs than her other friends. So as momina had actually offered that she can talk to her when they last met she now wanted to.

The bell rung for a while and momina picked the phone with a 'hellooo?' Fatima noticed tiredness in her voice.

"Assalamualaikum, am I disturbing you at this time?" She asked.

"Wailaikumusalam, Who is...! " Momina was indeed busy, she didn't even look at the caller ID to know who was calling. So when she heard a familiar voice she put the phone away from her ear to look at the name. "Oh My! Fatima?" She heard a small 'yea' from the other line "oh sorry, I was kinda in the middle of something so didn't look at my phone. How are you girl?"

"I'm good, Alhamdulillah. If you are busy I can call you later, if that's ok!"

"Nah naw! I was finding an excuse to leave the work anyway, and you called right on time." Momina said in her cheerey voice. "What's up?"

"Are you sure?" Fatima asked in concern.

"Yes yes fatima! Now do I have to sign a contract with you to make you believe that. " She laughed and fatima laughed as well. " You haven't changed didn't you, other than appearance vise I mean. Still that sweet caring girl, always asking if the other person is well."
