the good neighbor

Jennie and Kai lived next door to us for years I always had a secret crush on Jennie, ho looked much younger than her twenty five years. Because i was very married, I made it a point to keep my eyes, hands in fascination in check, but very now and then, something would give me a reason to pause and think, "What if"

Jennie called one afternoon and my Wife answered my phone. I heard bona respond, "I'll send Jisoo right over"

I knew instinctively, that when i was dispatched to the nextdoor neighbor's house, it was usually to help Jennie address an immediate need because Kai was either not around or out of town, the first time i was dispatched was help put the garage door back on it tracks after Jennie tried to put their new SUV on the garage and practically took the door down. The second time, was to unstop the toilet. Jennie stood patiently by in her through nightie, as i used the plunger to fix the issue. I didn't complain, but told her that anytime she needed a plumber, just let me know. I couldn't help but to think that she knew where i was going with the offer.

Jennie was the type of next door neighbor that any guy or woman might find themselves drooling over.
Short,Spunky, and always flirting, She had a model figure and knew had to draw attention to herself with low cut blouses, or tube tops, short that were always a bit on too short on side, and tanned and toned legs that any girl would love to wrapped around her neck. Jennie was an avid runner and any given, there would be a line of cars following her through neighborhood. She liked to tease and didn't seem to care who was looking.
She'd smile wink and at just about anyone and everyone, including my self.

Living next door with her was pure hell.

I crawled up under the Kitchen sink in Jennie's house to take a look to garbage disposal. Jennie stood nearby.
I had a perfect look up the open part of her short, from where i was position under the sink. Jennie was sans underwear and i could very easily see her intimate area. It was like she didn't care or intentionally got a kick out of her tease. Almost immediately, my little head took notice. i tuned the garbage disposal with the wrench i had brought over and asked Jennie to turn it on. She positioned her bare foot right between my legs, her ankle very closely against my extra body part. I didn't dare to move or say a word the garbage disposal roared to life.

"Yeah!" Jennie extolled, clapping her hands.

Jennie took a step back. i start to crawl out under her sink, when i noticed the small dribble of water coming from under a drein pipe.

"Uh oh," i remarked.

Jennie squatted down and look in my direction. Woman, i said to my self, making a mental note, you really should wear underwear.

"You've got a leak," i replied.

Jennie smiled.

"Would you? i mean, if you do i would forever be in your debt. We're short on cash right now, but i can pay you when Kai gets back, Jennie remarked,
as she drops on to her knees and placed her hands on either side of my
outstretched legs. I could see straight down her loose fitting blouse. I couldn't but to think she had to know, she was sawing me everything she had and then some.

"Sure i responded. let me call bona and let her know whats going on"

I crawled out ? fromun der the sink and use Jennie and Kai's kitchen phone to explain to bona that i was going to help fix a leaky sink drain. My wife was perfectly fine to my willingness to be a good neighbor.

I headed up to the local hardware store, my mind swirling with the possibilities of what could transpire over the next few hours. I slipped back into Jennie and Kai's kitchen, repair section in hand and with my tool box in the other. Jennie was nowhere to be seen. I stepped out to the front of the house and used my key meter to open the cover to water meter. I turned off the water to the house.
