The New Captain

Chapter 8

I was in a trance.

I saw my mother and father.

My mother was looking down at her stomach.

My father was holding her tight as he kissed her cheek.

My mother soon gave birth to me but my father was nowhere to be found.

My mother was crying as people told her that father died.

My mom soon moved on but my father came back.

He changed.

My mother spent less time with me as I grew older.

When I was 12 I would always hear noises from my mothers room but then I decided to stop and listen.

The door was unlocked and I soon fell and knocked the door open to see my father with blood all over his face.

I soon ran away as my father tried to catch me.

He was almost able to catch me as I ran into the public but he was able to put a curse on me.

That's why my curse is on my hand and growing on my arm.

I was homeless for some time as my mothers ex found me.

He took me in.

He fed me.

Bath me.

Even gave me his last name as he was a noble.

He soon figured out my magic as it was my fathers.

He still treated me like I was his.

A few years later I became an adult and met Julius and soon after he made me a squad captain as he noticed my power.

My mother's ex was happy that he threw a whole party.

He called me his son.

That's the day when I felt I had an actual father.

Then I met all of the other captains but the squad captain of the Black Bulls took my eye.

Yami Sukehiro, a mage with dark magic who is also a foreigner.

I've found him interesting as when we first met, he just gave me his first name.

Ever since then it felt like I needed to be around him as he makes me laugh, blush and smile.

He was a real human being.

I liked him..... no.

I love him.......yes.

I love Yami Sukehiro......

~few weeks later~

I woken up to a loud thud from the room I was in. I could hear whispers as the grew quiet as I opened my eyes. I couldn't see anything. I felt my surroundings as I heard more whispers

" H-hey who's there, are the lights off" I asked as I felt a face

" T-the l-lights are o-one Y-y/n" I think that was Anthony as I gasp

" Wait, what happened" I asked as I sat up

" We faced the leader or so we thought who was the leader as you began to lose control as you fought your father" Orion said as he grabbed my hand

" You're blind Y/n but the recovery mages think it's only temporary" Orion said as my eyes began to water

" Y/N Y/N Y/N WHERE ARE YOU SON" I heard my father yell as he came into the room
