I apologize profusely for the four month long break but I got caught up in the semester and had to put writing on the back burner. If there are any of you even really reading this I'm truly sorry! Finally I have some free time so I'm going to try to update more! Tell you friends if you like this story it would mean a lot to me! Also if any of you are good at editing contact me because I could use some help on that! xo- LZ

I could feel the giant, goofball smile on my face the whole way down the hallway and Kelly knew something happened the second I opened the door.

"He was there this time wasn't he! You don't just hang out in the laundry room for and hour and half for no reason!!!!" Kelly squealed with me jumping up and down.

"Oh my god!!!" I groan into my pillows, this time having flopped on my bed for much happier reasons. I kept my face in  my pillows as Kelly proceeded to throw question after question at me. My only response to her was,

"He plays guitar and he can sing." I say in a tone that clearly demonstrates how this boy will be the death of me.

Kelly lets out an extremely sexually frustrated groan and we both laugh.

"So how'd it go tell me every detail!! Did you get his number this time?! His last name?!" Kelly asks as my face drops.

I had been so preoccupied with Niall in front of me that I hadn't been thinking about anything else. It hadn't occurred to me to ask those questions while we were talking. Not like I'd actually have the guts to ask for his number anyway.

"No I didn't get any of that but I did find out he only lives upstairs so that's something!" I defend myself when she gives that look telling me I'm hopeless. Yeah I know that already!

I continue to outline every detail of the encounter for Kelly as she ooos and aws and giggles at me.

Its been less than two hours and I already want to go upstairs and find Niall in his room but I keep talking myself out of it because he might think I'm weird or stalkerish if I show up too soon. Also it's not like he has come knocking on my door either but he probably has better things to do than hang out with me.

I eventually gave up and stopped pacing my room sitting down to try and get some reading done for my classes. I eventually gave up on that too and went into my default tumblr mode, fangirling over boy in bands and tv shows. Later on I convinced Kelly to go eat with me even though be both have come to loathe the dining hall food that never tastes as good as you think it will or isn't serving anything you like or want. All while reliving my moments with Niall.

I tried to tell myself not to go getting a crush on this boy because there is a decent chance I could never seen him again and the other decent chance that he wouldn't even like me back, just like all the others. But something about the way he seemed genuinely interested in what I had to say and how he didn't try and put me down for my major like some did made me think that maybe, just maybe he was as fascinated by me as I was by him. And that little bit of hope was enough to get me through the next few days with a smile.

It was Friday night and Kelly's friend Shannon had come over to help us get ready to go out because she was always looked good, like the girl could drop out and model and live happily ever after with any man she chooses. Shannon had the boyfriend from back home though and they were perfect for each other in every way, so once she found out about my laundry boy she made it her mission with Kelly to get me and Niall together.
