(Knocks alarm clock off table)

Dammit its morning already.

Ugh feels like I just went to sleep.

Why me? Suitland High School here I come.

After getting out the shower and dressed I headed downstairs to my empty kitchen as usual to grab breakfast.

Mom had left a rice crispy and lunch money out on the counter for me. With a note "I Love You" love mom.

I quickly grabbed the rice crispy and my lunch money and left out the door.

Walking to school made it even harder to gain weight I guess my future is to be a skinny girl forever poor me I was already short 5'5 to be exact now skinny and short I just can't deal with all my life.

By the time I got to my locker Ashley was on time like usual heading my way.

Her curly hair was whipping back and forth.
She was taller than me, compared to me I was a midget standing next to her.

She was light skin too but looked like she was mixed with Spanish because of her face and curly hair.
She gave me her usual face expression that she didn't want to be here but was happy to see me.
I gave her a smile and asked her why she never smiles?

She replied "What's to be smiling about school not fun girl"

True but you look mean people might assume things about you"

And when did I start caring what people think of me"

Ashley was that type of girl that just didn't care she had that "I Don't Give a Fuck" attitude.

She sure made sure people knew that too. I kind of even admire her for that unlike me I'm very cautious on how I'm perceived by others even though I tell myself and others I don't care.

We said our good byes and went our separate ways to class. Unfortunately I had no classes with my
girls and knew nobody in my 1st period class.
I sat in the back and daydreamed while Mr. Austin gave a speech about work ethics and to approve it.
All I heard was blah blah blah.

I went off to daydream about Kidd, him walking into my classroom with a dozen of roses with no shirt on, body glistening calling my name Nicole Nicole Nicole.

*Cough*

Uhmm Ms. Sprits Ms.Sprits, Mr. Austin yelled waking me out my daydream.

I was pretty annoyed after that.

Then he had the audacity to ask me what I thought about the speech. I really wanted to reply "How the hell I'm supposed to know I wasn't listening, but me knowing you, it was probably boring and long." Instead I said I thought it was good and was very truthful.

He shook his head and moved on to the lesson.

As the day went on I went to all my classes and ended up daydreaming about Kidd. I couldn't stop thinking about him being mines. I barely knew him but somehow felt that I did.

Dinggggggggggggggg!

Everybody crowded in the hallway to go to lunch. This was my favorite time of the day for me at school. It was the only time I saw all my girls all together at once. I got my lunch and headed to the table where I saw Ashley and Shaakira already at the table I guess they weren't eating lunch today. Once I sat down Shaakira attacked my lunch. I was used to it so I didn't react about it.

Shaakira had dark chocolate skin, shoulder length hair and thick and when I say thick I mean she had junk in the trunk which the guys loved. I loved that she wasn't that much taller than me so we didn't look awkward standing next to each other.

We all went around in a circle discussing our problems and when I we was going to plan another time for us to all hang out together over the weekend ,I haven't hung out with them all at once in weeks so I was please. I finally notice that Kamora and Nay wasn't with us. I asked where they were. Ashley shrugged her shoulder then looked at Shaakira for an answer while I did the same.

Oh yeah I forgot to tell both of ya that Nay didn't feel well so Kamora took her to the nurse".

Why the hell am I just hearing about this is she okay?

I said I forgot dang! And I don't know. I was going to check up on her before school was over gosh Nicole.

Ashley is you coming? Looking at her with a you better come look

Ashley looked at me with a little attitude in her voice and said "I do ride the bus so unless somebody going to walk me all the way home no. not being mean but I can't sorry."

After lunch we and Shaakira couldn't wait till it was the end of the day so we checked up on her. She seemed okay when I looked at her. Once the nurse left Nay looked at us with a worry look on her face. I asked her "What's wrong?"

She took a breath and said don't be mad but I got to tell both of you two something.

I began preparing myself for the worse.

Nay said softly as quiet as a mouse "I think I'm pregnant"

Nobody said anything for a second;  then my mouth caught up with my brain and I finally decided to say something.

"Are you serious? Omg How? Why? When?" before Nay could get a word out the nurse came back in and things got silent again. I don't know what went through Shaakira head but once the nurse went to write us a pass she slapped the taste out of Nay. Nay and I both had shocked faces on looking at Shaakira.

In my head I was confused. One side was happy she slap some stupid out of Nay but the other side was shocked that Shaakra just hit a pregnant girl and not just any girl our best friend. We decided that we would finish this confusing discussion this weekend were there would be no interruption.
