A smile shaped on my face even though I was tired. He thought about me this early how I could be mad. I wrote him "I'm up now! Good Morning back to you"

Oh shit its 9:30 school started at 8:30 I'm late!
I jumped up ran to the bathroom and hopped in the shower. I was never going to make it, why did I have to fall back to sleep. Then I got a thought. My mom doesn't come home till I get out of school and today is Friday so missing one day won't hurt me I'll stay home! I got out the shower and laid back in bed instead of going back to sleep I turned on the TV.

I replied "I decided not to go to school today so I'm home in bed

Around 1clock I made me a steak cheese sandwich grabbed some juice and watched the news. It felt good staying home not worrying about teachers on my back; I can get use to this.

3:00 clock came quick and I start thinking about what to say to him. Maybe I'll just let him do the talking and I listen. Exactly at 3:10 my cellphone start ringing I stared at it for a while before I decided to answer.

I was speechless. For minutes we both just breathed on the phone without saying anything.

I then looked at the clock it was almost 3:45 my mom was on her way home and I didn't want to get caught. So I told Damian we'll talk later but I had to go now. He agreed.

I ran upstairs to the bathroom and cleaned myself up and changed clothes. When I got done I heard my mom keys in the door. I went downstairs to greet her home, her face looked tired and worn down. I took her shoes off and walked her to her room for she could lie down. Told her she didn't have to cook dinner tonight I'll make noodles. She dozed off and I left her be.

After dinner I went upstairs to go to bed. I had missed calls from Shaakira and kamora but I didn't want to be bothered tonight I felt on clouds and didn't want anybody to blow my high. I thought about my life. Mom always drained from work, I decided I was going to get a job to help out. Then I thought about my friends how I was going to let them come to me instead of always trying so hard to be with them. Lastly that night I thought about Damian. Could this work out between us? How could it? my age would get in the way. He was so far away it would be easier if he was closer for I could tell him how I really feel.
