There was so much blood shed

He ran through the battle field, it was covered with dead bodies of both sides.. the only living people left there where ignus and glacies recovery soldiers, they where either recovering wounded soldiers or dead men.
He knew the numbers, He knew who was dead, but he couldn't believe it,
Not until he had seen it.
Mix kept running until he finally saw him.
He fell to the ground, his eyes tearing up at the sight he saw..
His body was hung in the air, time seemed to slow to a stop, yet it feels like his tears where moving faster than with every second..
Jonathans body was held there in the air, a spear going right through his body, his eyes still open facing mix, it pierced through him. His blood soaked the wood, dripping onto the ground, it was a declaration that they weren't finished, they got the one person that they knew would hurt him the most.
Mix couldn't move, he couldn't speak, his hands were clenched into a fist, Icy fog coming off of them. He suddenly yelled out in pain, he had lost his brother, The person who has been with him all of his life. He felt nothing but pain.. his soul was hurting.
He had lost so many men today
But he lost the one person he wanted to protect most.
He felt like he lost, before the war was even over..
