The doors of my favourite childhood Diner opened up. As i walked through, the same nostalgic bell rang. And my attention darted to the teenaged couple behind the counter. She was a blonde with a yellow t-shirt and burgundy shorts. Her hair was in a ponytail and her hands where wrapped on the Raven haired boy's shoulders. He had a crown like beanie on his head and he was wearing a white uniform with a matching apron, as well as a burgundy bow-tie tying the whole colour pallet together. His hands were joined together around the waist of the blonde.
As soon as the bell rang, I could sense everyone in Pop's looking at me. i walked over to an empty booth at the far back corner of the bright diner. As i walked there, i saw people staring at my Toledo Serpent Jacket. I ignored them and proceeded to sit down.
I clicked my fingers and said "Hey, What does someone have to get served round here." The couple looked wide eyed at me. The blonde walked over with a pen and a notepad in hand and she asked, "what can i get you?" I didn't reply but i took the pen and the notepad, i scribbled my phone number and a little note to the Beanie wearing boy. And handing it to the Shocked blonde.
Whilst she was reading the note I slowly took out my knife (like what the serpents have in Riverdale) and started twisting it with my index finger on the tip. "it's not for you, It's for your boyfriend over there" you said, pointing your finger straight at him. "or what" she added, looking smug. I look down and laugh, Then without warning, I stabbed the knife vertically into the table. She Jumped. Then i looked at the blonde from the corner if my eye and smirked. I asked "Do i have to tell you again?". She shook her head frantically and stuttered "n-n-no" and she walked off mortified.
I sat there watching and smiling, she tore the piece of paper of the notepad and threw it in the trash can. I then gathered my thoughts and realized who she was. JB told me about her, her name was Betty, Betty Cooper.
Jughead's 'girlfriend'. Who Gladys secretly doesn't think is good enough for Jughead. That is actually why i came here in the first place. Gladys sent me here to talk some sense into Jughead. She sent me here to bring Jughead back home (Toledo).
Jughead and Archie know me. We've actually known each other since we were born. So, i'm surprised none of them have recognized me and came over to say hello! "HELLO!?" I shouted. Then a teenaged ginger haired boy came up to the table in a blue and yellow letterman jacket. I told him to sit down. He did. I started telling jokes that i thought he would remember from when we were younger. He burst out with laughter.
Then i saw the moody black haired teen in a matching uniform to the blonde. She came over and sat on Archie's lap. "I'm Veronica lodge, Archie's girlfriend." I chuckled "i'm not here to flirt with Archie. I was wondering how long it would take for Archie and juggie to recognize me." Archie then smiled widely and kissed Veronica's cheek. He slightly pushed Veronica off his lap. She rose to her feet looking a little insulted. Archie then pulled me in for a hug and said, "I've missed you! It's been to long!". I smiled as Veronica started interrogating me. "Who are you? How do you know my boyfriend? And what is that jacket for?"
. I answered "I'm Y/N Y/L/N, we met when we were born, and this jacket is from the Toledo serpents which , Archie and Jug will know this, is a gang that we all fantasized us being in since we were young." Veronica still looked confused and said to Archie." how come you've never talked her before?".
He simple replied with "We barely talk! all we do is kiss and...". I chuckle. "no longer virgin territory huh?". he smirked. " don't think your so innocent! when we were 14, you and Jug... don't think Jughead didn't tell me!" . Veronica looked confused " i thought Betty was his first?" i smiled "nope".
