"He was so attractive! Like I'm not even gay but he was a literal angel!"

Me and Shinoa we're walking home, she offered to walk me home as I didn't have an umbrella and her house was only a few minutes from mine. She lived in a larger apartment than mine. I mean she actually had a room, A living room, a large kitchen, and even a BALCONY! It was inherited to her. Her dad bought it for her sister when he found out his eldest daughter got into the college here... sadly she passed away in a car accident before she got to live there so in return Shinoa got the apartment. She didn't pay rent unlike me as it was already paid for.

God I was so jealous of her but then again her dad was super rich, I say dad as Shinoa's mother left their family. Shinoa told me she didn't exactly remember her mother and that its better for her not to meet her as she abused her older siblings verbally and emotionally.

"What was his name?" She asked and looked up to look at me, "I think he said, Michael... no no scrap that... Mika... MIKAELA!" I exclaimed and turned to look at her. We stopped and she tapped her chin. "I think I know who you're talking about..."

My eyes widened, "Like I said, my height-ish, medium, wavy blond hair... REALLY REALLY pretty eyes?!" She hummed to my word, I lightly gasped. "He comes mostly every other day for art books but also borrows novels to read... he usually keeps those for a while, the art books are more of a one or two-day thing," "Woah Shinoa you're..." "Smart? Amazing? The best friend you'll ever have?" I hummed and nodded, "I would never be able to remember those kinds of things,"

"Dont thank me so quickly though I've only told you his schedule that isn't even 100% accurate," She said with a smile and started to walk again, I followed her, not wanting to get soaked once more.

We soon got to my building. We stopped and she spun to look at me with a smile. "When is your math class tomorrow?" She asked, "After history. I have like an hour between them though," "Hmm hmm~ if it's still raining tomorrow, I'll come to pick you up ey? Don't need you smelling like wet dog in Mr. Inchose stuffed class," I nodded before giving her a friendly hug. She let go and smiled before going in her tiptoes to give my cheek a light peck.

Im not surprised people think we are a couple but being this touchy-feely was normal for us. In the two years if knowing Shinoa we got very close, we both admitted to one another that we never really had a friend like one another. In Shinoas' own words, 'I never got so close to someone to the point they saw me cry before,' Shinoa told me this after one of our regular sleepovers when she opened up about her sister to me. Physical affection wasn't a problem for us. She usually gave me small kisses on the cheek as a goodbye, she did the same to Shinya, she told me though she doesn't do it with her other two brothers (her two biological brothers), she told me they were, and I quote, 'arrogant and rude dip shits,' never met them and frankly I didn't to either as he family was very money-oriented except for Shinoa And Shinya.

"Get a good rest and dream of your angel Mikaela," she winked, Before I got to playfully hit her she skipped away, leaving me alone under the apartment doorway. She stopped and spun around before sticking her tongue out. "Goodnight Yuu~" "Night Shinoa!"

Without further or do I took my key out of my pocket and opened the main door of the apartment complex. I closed the door behind me trying to make sure it doesn't wake anyone in the apartment. No one really lived here though. Many of them were used as studios, offices, and such which is understandable after all majority of the apartments only had two/three rooms, kitchen, bathroom, and then the actual 'work' room the worked as a bedroom/living-room in my case.

I walked up the first fee stairs that lead to another door which yet again I slowly opened and closed in fear of being too loud and knowing from experience that the slightest quick move with these old doors will result in them releasing an ear piecing bang that echoed through the whole building.

I walked up the steps, the steps illuminated by the street lights, my hand trailing the wall to find the switch. The switch was placed on the wall at the second stair, this switch lit up the hall for a short period that lasted long enough to get up the stairs. I lived on the fourth floor aka the top floor, each floor had four apartments.

I huffed as I got to the third floor. My Already tired legs from the stairs at work feeling shaky.

I got up to my floor finally and walked up to my apartment that was in the end of the hall. I took out my keys and they instantly slipped out of my hand and crashing in the floor with a metallic bang that echoed in the halls. "Shut the fuck up!" I Whispered at it as hushed it. "Yuichiro?" I looked to my left to see my neighbor peaking out of his door. "Yoichi, sorry if I woke you up," I said ad I picked up my keys. He shook his head.

"No no, I was awake. I was actually waiting for you but forgot you went to work," He mumbled and I cocked my head to the side, "I need to give you back your workbook since you let me copy down some formulas I didn't understand," I nodded, now understanding.

Me and Yoichi shared maths class.

He lifted up his finger in a 'wait' motion and I heard him walk into his apartment and fumbling with a few things before returning and giving me back my book. "Once again, thank you," I shrugged, "its no biggie," I smiled and gave a small wave before spinning around to unlock my door. He mumbled a goodnight and closed his door as I opened mine.

I walked into my empty apartment and sighed. "I'm home," I announced to no one and slipped off my shoes. "I should get a pet of some sort..." I mumbled even though pets were not allowed in the apartments. A small hamster or mouse or even a goldfish wouldn't be so bad and I could hide it in my closet if my landlord came round.

I chuckled to myself and stripped from my clothes, tossing them aside and collapsing in my bed, I was too tired to do anything. I snuggled up to Asuramaru and mumbled a "Goodnight," before falling into dreamland...
