Lea Jackson was shivering as her stomach growled. But she kept walking, to find food or shelter. Her legs were wounded badly because of her parents. They had drugged her and threw her into the deep woods and had left her. Lea started crying. Her legs were badly scratched and was bleeding.
She stopped and held on to a tree to catch her breath. She felt weak and tired. In the distance she could hear the sounds of wild animals howling and growling. She knew she was not safe. She continued walking, searching any signs of food or shelter. She looked to see any open roads, she was completely lost.
Lea had almost walked for 4 hours and was exhausted. She slowly laid next to a thin cold tree. The fog making it hard for her to see. She slowly closed her eyes, praying God to help her and she slept.

Lea woke up suddenly as she felt something running across her leg. She looked to see what it was and saw a huge beetle slowly crossing her leg. Lea slowly pushed it away and got up.
She looked around her surroundings, and noticed a, house in the distance. She had not noticed it before because she was too tired. She started to slowly walk towards the house. She hoped to see anythimg useful that might help her. She knocked the door twice, and it automatically opened slowly. Lea hesitated, but she finally took a deep breath and entered the house.
It was dark and damp and it smelled horrible. There was a broken window in the side where the, dim light entered. Glad that she, could see because of the dim light she, looked around. She slowly started stretching out her hands to find anything.
Suddenly she touched something very wierd. It felt.. Like.. Like a...nose. Lea yelled and backed of. " don't worry. I won't hurt you...calm down child. Why don't you take seat?" said a voice not so far away from her. That voice showed that the speaker was a very old man. Suddenly in the middle of the room lights were flicked on and Lea spotted a very old man who was short and was holding a wooden stick. He had so many wrinkles in his face and his face showed pure kindness.
He offered me a seat and Lea slowly sat on it. Not taking her eyes of him. He offered Lea an apple and she eagerly took it, not caring if it was harmful for her or not. He chuckled and said, " you must be hungry. What are you doing here in the middle of the woods?" he said concerned. Lea slowly took a bite of the apple, and chewed it. She felt good to eat after a long time. Lea kept the apple in her lap and started explaining on how her parents head drugged her and threw her into the forest, And how she got lost. She explained to him that they had left her a note on what they had done to her and cruelly said for her to just go and die. Lea slowly took the apple back again and took a bite as a tear dropped from her face.
The old man smiled and Said " oh dont don't worry child, you can stay with me as long as you want. But that is your choice... Because I am not an ordinary person. I am the guardian of the lands of Waraqi." and the second he finished his sentence his dress shimmered and began to change. Slowly it became into a golden robe and he did not look old, anymore. He looked strong and fierce. His eyes were showing pure pride and fierceness. And slowly he moved aside showing me a huge grand door with sunlight entering through the holes... "the lands beyond" he whispered and I lost consciousness.
