Chapter 8: Quest...

Lea slowly woke up as the sun is directly hitting in her face. She slowly sat up and stretched.. "hey frosting" said a voice not so far from her. Lea jumped and THUD!! she fell hard on her butt from the bed making Jake dying with laughter.

"stop sneaking in and giving me a heart attack..oh and.. Don't tell me I missed dinner and... Now it's morning?" she said as she stood up. Jake nodded and said, " yeah... It's pretty much morning..so unless your eyes are not working well, it's clearly morning... " he said smirking." they are working way better than yours and if you don't wipe that smirl of your face...i will freeze your head!" Lea threatened. Lea knew that she had no idea how to use them well. Only at sometimes she her mind automatically tells her the ways to use her magic.

Jake's smirk just got wider hearing what Lea just said." OH MY GOD! I am so scared I will faint in fright! What am I going to do? Please! Someone save me!" he said mocking her. Lea understood that he is pouring out sarcasm. She slowly took a step back, and transformed into a wolf.

Jake looked at her impressed." wow.. You look amazing! I never got to see you clearly in a wolf form! And.. I guess you wanna test me again! You are on special girl aren't you? Never give up.. I like that.." he said smirking. Jake and Lea at the same time tried not to bring the kiss scene what happened before. Jake slowly took a step forward and also closed his eyes and tranformed into a blazing fire wolf.

A growl escaped from Lea's lips and she pounced at him. Jake dodged it and just in time as Lea crashed down he quickly flipped her to face him and went on top of her smirking. " my cute frosting... It's best to give up.. Oh you trying to push? It feels like a feather pretty frosting!" Jake said as he came closer to her. Before she could reply a knock came at the door and a voice said, "the king awaits princess Helena and prince Jake downstairs for breakfast." Jake got up from her and transformed back into a human and said, " oh shoot.. I wasn't even done playing with you.. Let's just... Continue later. See yah frosting!... I mean.. My frosting.. " said Jake smirking as he left, leaving Lea on the floor in shock.

Time skip...

Lea was seated with the king and the prince. No one spoke a word as they ate. Lea broke the silence by saying," I'm excuse me,but where is the queen? I mean Jake's mom? " she said look big at Jake and the king.

"well.. She died by one of the minions of the dark lord. The hydroxs, half hyena and half fox. They killed her when she was out in the forests for a stroll. She never came back. When we went to search for her, all we found was a beautiful young woman.. My wife, surrounded by a puddle of blood, not breathing. We examined her, and later the news came that she was killed my the hydroxes and died painfully. She had no defense..if only me and Jake were there.. She would have been alive.." said the king, as tears poured out of his eye.

" oh my God I am so sorry! Please don't cry. She is still there with you... Right here.. " said Lea pointing at his chest." thank you my dear Lea. I have never seen such a girl with wonderfull manners and great respect." he continued, " but now we have no time to waste, Lea tell me, what is until now what do you know? " asked the king. Lea hesitated and answered, " all I know is that, my parents are captured my some dark dude, and I am a princess, and I have some quest to do, and I was thrown into the human world, and I if I don't do it then Waraqi(name of the kingdom) shall fall!" Lea said without taking a breath."perfect Lea! Now you and Jake's bags are packed and ready to go! Now let me introduce you to your quest." said the king seriously.

Lea and Jake's eyes widened and there jaw dropped. " what the fu-" Jake, was cut of by his dad shushing him. " Jake and Lea, you have no any other choice. You are the most powerful ones existing now, you have to do it or it's the end! So please- ah! At last! I have, been waiting for you! Lea, Jake this man will show you your quest. Pls follow him!

Time pass...

Lea and Jake were inside a huge ancient library.

It was beautiful in an ancient way. The old man went out of sight and came back with a scroll. It was extremely old and wrinkled up.

" take this.. It will lead you to your destination... There are two crystal balls inside. Take it.. And crush it with your feet. You shall get transported there. In the corner of the room there are 3 bags. Take those three and go now. For there is only little time for your parents to loose there lives. Go and Goodluck." said the old man. His woice was ancient and cracking in every sentence. He continued" Remember this.. Fire and ice are the saviors.. " said the old man and vanished leaving only purple ribbons of light floating around, slowly fading.

Lea and Jake were speechless. Jake cleared his thought and murmered," they did not even think of asking us if we want to go or not.. Wow... I did not expect this at all. Atleast frosting is with me," he said colecting the three bags and placing the two balls on the ground. "ok.. More than you.. I am confused... It feels like.. Everything happened in one second and I am trying to place them in order. My parents to die? My heart is beating too fast..what if this quest is dangerous? I am sure I will die like... The second I reach to where ever I am going... Though. I am kinda wanna go there.. My curiosity is biting all ove-" Lea could not even complete her sentence because Jake pushed her and she rumbled and crushed the crystal ball. Jake too had crushed it. Nothing happened..

Lea looked at Jake and started laughing.. Before she could say anything, a blasting light hit Jake and Lea and immediately they could feel that they were falling through endless tunnel of light...
